I will try to get straight to the point. As a customer of this restaurant for well over 20 plus years, the food was still the best to me, But I am disappointed in the current service. I have used them to cater several of my events over the years I have referred several family and friends to this business who still patronize to this day and I have never had a problem. The Owner Mr R who is a very pleasant gentlemen I would sometimes see him in the kitchen has always been great. Unfortunately the frontline staff does not share that same sentiment. And I told them so. I even sent a letter to the owner. Sharing my experience but I have not heard back. Quite frankly, I don’t even believe that he even received the letter that I sent .I placed a take out order a couple months back I had asked for some items that come usually with my order upon request at no charge as a frequent paying customer but I guess now they charge for them which is fine, but the young lady on the phone was rude and pushy then when I checked my order upon arrival it was wrong🤨. After mentioning this the young man I spoke to he was combative with me and they messed up the order! I even had to pay for them to correct it. So very out of order. I told them that day this will be my very last order here. And that I would share my experience with everyone! Including those that I have referred. There is no type of quality service here! The food is great but NEVER again! The poor owners! Why do they hire people who can't provide simple quality customer service? Raven was probably the only GREAT server there! I'm sorry to say but the the young male waiter tonight, straight out lied and said they didn't have salsa anymore for the evening and this is just after sitting us down? SMH!! Must be because it was a Friday night and he just wanted to get out of work! He obviously didn't want to lift another finger! I'm telling you, these kids these days!!?!! There are no moral codes or values anymore!! Absolutely no work ethics in this young man! Customer service is out the window! The fact that he felt it was ok to lie to a long time customer (customer period) and say they couldn't provide any salsa or even a refill of soda because they turned off the soda machine? Wow!! This is the first time I've ever heard this here! Or any restaurant period!! No restaurants shut off their soda machine each night!? Shame on him! His mother must be proud!! I really wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars!!!
1:The prices are by far 1 of the cheapest around. 2: The Food is just out of this world!! Everything I have ordered from here taste better then every Mexican restaurant( that I have tried) around!! 3: The serving size is HUGE!!!! 4: The ingriedents are always Fresh and the best quality around!! 5: The Staff from the front end to the Kitchen are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and Loving (yes I said loving)!! They are all around good and friendly people that take PRIDE in there jobs.
My Wife and I almost always order take out (2 big orders the past 5 days) and we normally order enough for 3 of our neighbors that can't go out for food due to their age.
OUR FAVORITES ARE:
TRAYS OF CHEESE AND CHICKEN ENCHILADAS AS WELL AS THE ASADA NACHOS WITH SOUR CREAM AND GUACAMOLE!!! THEY DON'T DO SMALL ITEMS.... JUST LOW LOW PRICES! I JUST TRIED THE CARNITA TAMALES AND THEY ARE MY NEW FAVORITE!!! HUGE AND SO SO MUCH FLAVOR!!!
NOT SURE OF THERE HOURS BUT IF THEY ARE OPEN TILL 9PM TONIGHT, I WILL FOR SURE BE ORDERING MORE TAMALES!!! I'M ADDICTED!!!
