Classics on Crenshaw — Restaurant in Gardena

A couple of friends and I showed up about 10 minutes before 9 pm. Apparently, they closed the dining area before that, so we had to use the drive-thru. The menu was nice and clear. The food wasn't half bad. Typical of what you'd find at many of these places. However, the woman who took our order had not turned off the microphone so we could hear her talking to someone either inside or on the phone. She sounded so very pleasant and nice. Considering it was our first time there, we were excited and couldn't wait for our turn to get the same kind of friendly service. Unfortunately, that was not what we received. When we asked for a milkshake, she told us that it wasn't working, with an attitude like we should have already known that. We finished placing our order and pulled forward. At the window, she was very short and rude in her responses. She handed us 1 of the 2 sodas we ordered and walked away to talk on her cellphone. She came back a few moments later with one of our three meals. We asked for some salt, and she said there was none. We asked for our second soda, and about 3 minutes later, she practically threw it at me, then the last two meals. As we were double checking the bag to make sure we had everything, she came back to the window, slid it open, and said with an attitude, "Is there anything else?" Place has good food, but their younger staff is slow and unorganized. Placed an order for pickup and took me 20 minutes after the food was ready to pay for it and leave. the cashier who was aware of the pickup order started to fill one ketchup bottle like he was contemplating life, then proceeded to unwrap drink cups at the same pace. He then walked back and forth putting on and taking off the drive-thru headset without talking to anyone before acknowledging me a second time and completely forgetting about the pickup order. when I reminded him again about the pickup order he gave me my food and charged me all within 30 seconds. I have been going to get food from here for a long time. I went to get a omelette it was poorly made. I asked for a refund cause I had been waiting for a long time and was displeased about the food I got. I checked it before I pulled off and it looked horrible. I asked for my money back & a woman I had continuous seen came with a disgusting attitude telling the other workers that I could never come back.
