So, we just had our order cancelled by the young lady working the phones tonight. I ordered a Golden Teriyaki Bowl but realized that the avocado was not on the bowl after reviewing the submitted order.
So naturally I called the store seeking assistance to find out if somehow we could add the avocado. The young lady stated that there was nothing that she could do - that maybe Doordash could help because we have to pay for it. Which of course I understand.
I ended up going back to the Doordash app and noticed the "add items" selection. So I get excited because I will be able to add the avocado to the order. Nope! They don't have it as a side or option on the app. I'd have to order a meal and add it. We didn't need another meal.
So I called the restaurant back, & I explained to the young lady that I found the add items button to add to the order however, avocado isn't an option & maybe she could suggest it to the owner.
She SNAPS! "Ok well, I can't do anything about that maybe I'll tell them!"
I let her know that she does not have to react negatively with an attitude I was only making a suggestion and that is rude.
Tell me why, SHE CANCELLED THE ORDER! & I couldn't call back but the store is still open & now the lines are busy. She did not tap in & use any personable, resolving, or understanding trait. She resorted to cancelling the order & retaliated because she was told that her attitude was rude.

Read moreI stopped by through the drive thru on October 5th at 6pm. My friend ordered a chicken and shrimp plate and unfortunately the shrimp were very cold. My friend nicely went back to the restaurant and let them know about the shrimp being cold. With a nasty attitude the employee told my friend that his boss would be here tomorrow and to come complain to him then. My friend wasn't asking for a refund or anything. All he was doing was letting them know that the shrimp was cold. My friend could get sick from this cold shrimp and the employee couldn't even apologize or offer to remake the shrimp ? Read moreI hate writing this because I genuinely liked the food here. The issue is the staff. The drive through always takes way longer than it seems like it would. Recently at the drive through, no one took my order even after trying to speak into the speaker. when I got up to the window, I was told to go back around and wait another 15minutes in the drive through line once again. The employee told me that I never tried speaking into the speaker which was a blatant lie.
So expect to be waiting ages and be attended by employees who seem like they done really wanna be there and are wiling to lie to cover their...
