A couple of friends and I stopped in here for dinner on a rainy weekday night. None of had been here before; we were just looking for a well-rated pho place somewhere between Long Beach and West LA and this seemed to fit the bill. It's a pretty good-sized place and was clean. It was also all decked out in Christmas stuff and had a particularly annoying motion-sensored Santa that would boom out "Merry Christmas!" and "Ho Ho Ho!" every time someone moved anywhere near it. Not too sweet and the spices did not overpower the broth. The portion was very generous as well, loaded with meat and noodles. Fresh herbs were provided as well. I loved that they have chili oil and it just elevated the flavor to another level.
The fried spring roll was fresh and homemade, not frozen. Service was a bit lacking though. I have to flag the guy down...
