Scene….7 people in total standing behind the counter. Still had to wait for the 1 person apparently responsible for taking ice cream orders, making them and delivering the finished product.
Order 2 scoops of chocolate chip 1 chocolate shake
Had to ask for a cover for the ice cream (not a biggie)
Confirmed “chocolate shake 5 times”. Young boy starts scooping chocolate chip. I say “bro, please. Chocolate shake”. He replies with “you said chocolate chip”. And “why did you ask for chocolate chip”.
I go off. I’m tired of sub par service and attitude when I’m paying. This isn’t a charity.
Kid keeps laughing (I’m feeling a YouTube video moment coming on). I ask for a manager (who is standing within ear shot). I just advise him to have a conversation with your staff on what customer experience looks like.

Read moreThere”s a reason this place has a poor rating. The customer service is abysmal. We ordered from the app and had an order number and everything. Something happened with their system and they didn’t get the order. When I went to pick it up the short girl working was rude and wasn’t helpful. She took my phone out of my hand and somehow cancelled my order. It showed the money was taken out of my bank account. She then said I’d have to reorder, but when I did the coupon I had used on the app was shown as used. She wouldn’t even talk to me about how to fix it. Her attitude said she didn’t care. One of the other workers came over to help and she wouldn’t let them. When she finally got around to making my order it was sloppily put together. Ice cream and syrup were dripping down the sides. The scoops were small and the shake was flavorless, it was all milk and liquidity. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Save your time and go to Brewsters or somewhere...
Read moreA bad experience made right. Ordered a cake, wrong cake provided. 5 kids working there could not help me when I politely asked for a discount to make it right. Very comical scene of them just staring at the cake and then me. One even said “see this is why I don’t want to be a Manager”. So I then asked for the Manager. The Manager gave me the cake for free and apologized. He went onto give me free donuts and munchkins for my inconvenience. I didn’t expect the donuts or free cake, only a discount. This was great customer service at its best. Fix the problem and go even beyond. I left feeling grateful and my party guests were happy for the cake and donuts.
