Craft Burger by Shane North Main — Restaurant in Alpharetta

I ordered a chicken sandwich, a burger, two large fries (one regular and one loaded), small wings, and a kids' grilled cheese meal for my family tonight. After 45 minutes, the driver realized he had been given the wrong order. I told him it was okay—mistakes happen—and asked him to have the food remade since I didn’t want cold, soggy food that had been sitting out for an hour and a half.

The order was canceled and reordered, but the restaurant tried to cut corners by sending the same order that had been sitting out. They also forgot my two-year-old's grilled cheese meal and her juice.

Upon delivery, I informed the new driver that my child's food was missing, and she assured me she would go get it. She called the restaurant, but they falsely claimed that everything was in one bag, even though my bag had a note in Sharpie that clearly said “1/2,” clearly indicating there was a second missing bag.

I understand that food delivery may not always be perfect, but having worked in an Irish pub for a few years, I can recognize when food has been sitting out for a long time. Not only did the staff dismiss my concerns about the food being cold and soggy, but they also refused to remake my two-year-old’s dinner, which I never received.

It's a shame because we have enjoyed their food in the past, but this experience reflected blatant ignorance and poor service/management. I tipped the drivers, and I really hope neither of them is penalized for the...

Been eagerly waiting for them to open up and let's just say I wasn't disappointed.

1st: the food is delicious burger was cooked to very well and was appropriately sized for the price.

2nd: the staff [in this case the women working the register] were extremely polite and even helped me make my choice.

3rd: the amount of choices on the menu.

Now for the ONLY complaint [this will probably change as time goes on]...the aesthetic of the restaurant just isn't there, there's no regular seating and it just looks plain but looks definitely are deceiving here because the product definitely is the stand out. I may suggest to the owner to install more traditional seating because people like myself will have trouble stepping up to sit in a stool. But as I said it's a MINOR complaint don't let that stop you from enjoying what [in my opinion is] the best...

I have heard so many good reviews about craft burger and I finally had the chance to try it out. The price was high but I had no problem as I’ve heard great things. However, when I asked for a build your own with a beef patty and a grilled chicken patty. My burger that I have longed to try only had chicken. No beef patty as originally ordered. I also asked for the buffalo fries without blue cheese (allergy), and the fries were covered in blue cheese!! 25$ for this incorrect order?! I am livid!!!
