Greetings! After 23 years of marriage to my wonderful husband, he bestowed upon me the most perfect eternity band set in platinum, custon-designed bridal set with my original engagement solitaire and side diamonds taken from their original bright yellow 14K gold and placed the diamonds into a solid platinum ring as well as dipped my bright 14K gold wedding band into platiunum (using a process called rhodium plating) from Iroff and Sons. The rings are absolutely gorgeous, and I couldn't be happier! Iroff and Sons is a family-owned jewelry business in Alpharetta, GA - just off 400 so easily accessible. There are plenty of chain jewelry stores that do not have all of the resources that Iroff and Sons has to do the types of things that I wanted done - i.e. the rhodium plating, platinum setting eternity bands, etc. As many women do, I wanted to update my yellow 14K gold to platinum. Iroff and Sons carefully took my original engagement solitaire and side diamonds and mounted them onto a new solid platinum band. They also had a wide selection of platinum set eternity bands while most chain stores only had the white gold setting eternity bands. AND, they were able to dip my original 14K gold wedding band into platinum through rhodium processing which left the original inscription on the inside intact. The entire process only took a few days to complete. I am so very happy and cannot say enough good things about Iroff and Sons Jewelers! I will recommend them to family and friends and will treasure my new wedding set for the rest of my life! In addition to countless hours spent searching online, I went by 7 other jewelry stores before I found my way to Iroff and Son. In every other store I went to, I encountered either unprofessional service, high-pressure / pushy sales tactics, evident lack of expertise, or lack of assurance of quality. My experience at Iroff and Son was very different from those. I purchased my Fiance's engagement ring and wedding band from Brian. I came in before I had figured out all of the details regarding the ring, but I at least wanted to view their diamond selection and get a quote. I had put in a good deal of research prior: enough to know that there is a significant amount of variance in the light performance of diamonds, even among those of a common cut grade. Knowing this and knowing that I didn't have the eye or experience with diamonds to be able to distinguish these differences on my own, I was searching for a jeweler who could assure me that I was getting the best of the best among those with the specifications I gave. Brian gave me that confidence. He had a diamond shipped in that met my criteria and that was absolutely beautiful. While I wanted the diamond, I had found the ring I wanted on the website of an online retailer, and Iroff and Son did not carry a ring like it. So, Brian offered to have it made and quoted me a price that matched the price listed on the website. One of the things I appreciate most is that Brian only gave me one quote. For similar products at other stores, I was given quotes thousands of dollars (literally) higher and had to negotiate down to the price that Brian gave me from the get-go. While I was nervous about having the ring designed and manufactured like Brian was offering to do, his professional, genuine, straightforward demeanor gave me the confidence to have him do it. My last concern was that I did not know my fiance's ring size because she did not own one, and her sister did not know it either. So, Brian told me not to worry about, but to order a little big and to have it re-sized for free. After I gave it to my fiance we had it re-sized twice at no cost. She absolutely loves her ring and I am proud of it. I am very pleased with my experience at Iroff and Son and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for jewelry...

I have had two great experiences purchasing jewelry from Iroff & Sons. This first was a pair of pearl earrings for my girlfriend (now fiancé). Based on the honest and sincere customer service I received during that purchase, I decided to return when it came time to buy an engagement ring. Brian and the rest of the Iroff staff took great care of us. Brian helped me design the ring, which was fun and easy using the 3D rendering software at their store that allowed me to play around with different designs and visualize exactly what the ring would look like in real-life. Brian selected brilliant diamonds for the ring -my fiancé can’t keep her eyes off it! He also resized the ring for us not once, but twice, and arranged an extremely quick turnaround (a couple of days) so that my fiancé would be able to wear it over the holidays. My fiancé had a lot of questions about the ring (how to care for it, how it’s made, etc.), and Brian answered each of them thoroughly. It was fun learning more about the jewelry-making process. We are both are extremely happy with the engagement ring and the great service Brian provides.
