Lennys Grill & Subs — Restaurant in Alpharetta

Ordered my food at my computer desk and did not have the app as Park Center in building 2 (Dunwoody) have different restaurants that comes to our building for lunch. I was told I needed an order number which I did not have and would have required me to walk all the way back upstairs!! Other vendors look for my name or initials and I never had to give any of them a number. Like STOP being lazy!! I don't care how many orders you have, there was no line, only a three ppl were at the stand before I got there, all you had to do was look for my number. He (big boy) finally looked for my number after blowing his breath like he didn't want to do it (Do your job, idc about you breathing heavily). I will never order from them again and will be letting my peers know that their ppl....mainly the heavy set guy was rude and had an attitude!! I just cancelled my order as my order was "apparently" at the bottom of the list. Usually when I order, my food is already ready especially if I order around 11a with other vendors. I can understand not having a number but don't have an attitude because I'm the wrong person to do that with #TerribleService

Staff was friendly..hadn't been in years to a Lenny's but as luck would have it --the pizza place was closed -- and I thought maybe I could get a veggie sub...I'm vegetarian.

I ordered small veggie sub with Lettuce Tomatoes..green pepper..added mixed greens.had swiss American cheese spicy brown mustard..no onions on cheddar bread..served cold..( I was disappointed only that they did NOT have cucumbers..which is my favorite on a veggie sandwich.)

Sandwich and bread was fresh..tasted better than I expected.. I had chips and a drink as a combo.. Which ran almost $12 . Pricey I thought for no meat..but it was refreshing..staff was still friendly the 2cnd time I came in for lunch break..( working close by).

5 stars for friendly service 5 stars for fresh food 3.5 stars for value ..but don't judge on what I thought was pricey ( to me ) for what I received. You may think 12 bucks for the smaller version of some veggies on bread with a bag of chips and drink.

Try it you may like it..wish I could speak to other subs served there but I don't eat meat..but I'll fill you in on...

This review is about my order through UberEats, so I don't have any opinion about the restaurant in person. My Italian sub was excellent! I provided lots of instructions and they followed ALL of them. That alone is so much better than any of the other local sandwich places. I mean it, I've tried every one in my area and none of them ever follow the personal notes. So that's great, and thank you so much! The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I also ordered the chicken salad wrap. Again, very well put together and fresh, but genuinely flavorless. Compared to my Italian sandwich, it was lifeless, even with toppings. I don't know if this is the recipe for the entire Lenny's chain, or if this location makes it bland. All of the packaging was perfect, not soggy because they wrap them up securely. Sandwiches retained their shape and weren't falling apart in any way. Overall, I really enjoyed it, but I'm just avoiding that chicken salad in the...
