Update: Really impressed with Main Events Management who reached out and genuinely heard all my feedback and made some much appreciated corrections. I hope they can implement some good changes so people have a great option for birthdays and events curated so those throwing them can enjoy them too. Original Review: I left feeling completely taken advantage of. Booked a birthday party here for my daughter. Wail she had a great time, we were so stressed out during the whole party. First when we arrived they had lost our party reservation. They questioned whether we were at the correct location even after showing them our paid confirmation. Once they “found it” we were showed our table and we were talking with our host only to be given a reality check… our Laser tag birthday would be 45 minutes of arcade that they said would be more like 15 due to the amount on each arcade card.The fact is that $10 last minutes. And 8 minutes of actual laser tag which we were told was 15 minutes of play. How do you fill a 2 hour party with that?! We had worried about this after booking and receiving their schedule and asked lots of questions but were given completely misleading information. We were also told we could not upgrade our party to the next level when voicing these concerns. We made a bigger deal onsite and were allowed bowling lanes ( the place was empty) but required to pay full price for each lane and shoes. So instead of a $5 upcharge for each kid we paid over $200 for bowling alone. My advice DONT BOOK ANYTHING BUT THE TWO HIGHEST PACKAGES! Our host was very nice but was not on top of our schedule. So much confusion. When we were bowling kids were thirsty and finding our host to get drinks was a huge process. The lanes also malfunctioned and had to be reset taking more time away from our group. Checking into our next event required our host too, who was again MIA. I don’t blame her, this place is a nightmare. You get an hour at your table which is way too much especially when your food is cleared within 15 minutes. The chicken strips were too peppery, maybe 3 kids ate them. What are they thinking kids hate spice! Stick with the Pizza!! Kids get to use the soda machine but the line was 30 kids deep and the machine was not actually working- no syrup. Seriously. Our cake was served more rapidly than I wanted and singing happy birthday was frustrating bc it’s so loud and 2 other parties are going at the same time within feet. The kids had to scream it and I still have a headache. In the end we literally paid 2x what we had expected. Over $600. Again I feel completely taken advantage of. Main Event should feel ashamed of how things went. We picked this place to have a party that was taken care of, because they do this all the time right? Think again. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Main Event in Alpharetta for the first time, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Miss Jocelyn, who went above and beyond to make our visit truly unforgettable.

Upon entering Main Event, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff. Miss Jocelyn stood out immediately, as her attentiveness and genuine care for the guests were evident from the very beginning. She took the time to make us feel welcomed and answered all our questions, ensuring that we had everything we needed to have a great time.

The level of employee dedication and professionalism at Main Event Alpharetta was exceptional. The entire team demonstrated great communication skills and efficiency in their roles, which made our experience even more enjoyable. From assisting with equipment to guiding us through various attractions, every staff member was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure our visit was nothing short of amazing.

One aspect that truly impressed us was the minimal wait time. Despite the popularity of activities like bowling, laser tag, and rope courses, we were pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to wait long to participate in any of them. The impressive organization of Main Event, coupled with Miss Johnson's efficiency, allowed us to make the most out of our time and enjoy the attractions without unnecessary delays.

Additionally, the food at Main Event Alpharetta exceeded our expectations. The menu offered a diverse range of options, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Whether it was a quick snack or a satisfying meal, we were thoroughly impressed with the delectable offerings.

If it was not for DJ this would be 1 star.

Why is this place charging a 60 dollar Covid fee!! I received my bill and noticed a service charge of 69 dollars. When I asked my host if this was his tip he proceeded to tell me that it was a Covid fee. What!?? I then ask to speak to someone else and his explanation of it was completely different and that fee pays the hourly wage of the employees. Again what?! But was offered a free 1 hour bowling card. Yea that covers it! Neither was very friendly when asking about this and just excuses. Yes, I could have handled differently but after these reasons for it, it did not happen. So I escalated this to DJ who has told me he will have the fee removed. This is ridiculous and seems no one there knows what it is for. DJ seemed embarrassed by what I was told it was.

The service at the bar was horrendous! One bartender that was in slow motion with a full bar. Granted she could have used help but she could have had a bit more urgency. She would pour drinks and forget to give to the one that ordered.

Had 12 kids with me and asked our so called host for some pitchers of water because the AC was not working. He brings one pitcher 10 mins after. One? Asked for one more which came another 10 later. I even had to fill waters for the kids at the water station because he was nowhere to be found. Actually not a single employee to fill for me.

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, half the sinks and soap dispensers worked, overflowing trash. Just gross. The table parents sat at was never cleaned as we sat there and we just started placing dirty dishes on another table.

Again if this was not for DJ agreeing the fee was ridiculous and taking it off, this would be a 1 star. There are many other options around to use and would recommend that. Based on other reviews, seems Main Event does not really care as the AC issue was mentioned month ago. But why would they since us patrons are paying the wages of all employees or is it a Covid fee. Will not be back.

After the amount of money I spent there I will not be back based on the complete disaster it is. Luckily, all the kids had a good time because they do not know any better or this would have been completely different.
