HA... I've been going to this Subway for a couple yrs now... it's convenient, so I continue. The comments about the middle eastern lady are facts. I've tried being overly nice, talking, not talking, complimentary, no matter what, she is in a bad mood 99% of the time. I thought it was just her culture, the yelling and curt attitude, but NO ONE needs to be THAT rude to customers! And especially to me! I'm the nicest person I know! : )
I finally had to write this review. The rest of the staff is on EGGSHELLS when she is there. They leave their shifts and give me that look... on the way out... you know. I mean, I don't want anyone to lose their job, but GOOD GOLLY in the name of all of us paying customers, PLEASE QUIT YELLING AT US!! And EVERYONE else behind the counter, PLEASE?!
I'm dead serious, I've avoided changing something on my sandwich because I'm scared of her! DO NOT CHANGE YOUR MIND, ABOVE ALL ELSE, NEVER CHANGE YOUR MIND! If your order isn't right, just throw it away AFTER you leave, trust me!! I fear for your mental state! It will be irrevocably crushed!
Woe to you if you didn't get your order exactly correct in the first 5 seconds! Be prepared BEFORE she tells you to order... If you are not ready, then RUN! Don't walk out, you'll hear her disgust on your way out the door... RUN I TELL YOU!
I think she is kinda like management, she seems to train others, but others don't last long after her training, I'm telling you, there must be other Subways to work, NO ONE puts up with her for long!
When she isn't there, it's a MUCH BETTER ATMOSPHERE! The rest of the staff is wonderful!! It's clean. They are fast and courteous. I feel SO BADLY for those working with her.
I don't know how she acts when Subway management stops by to check in, but if they don't see it, maybe someone should visit from their employee relations or human resources department and watch and observe without her knowing? Maybe if someone from that dept suggested some customer facing improvements?! Like QUIT YELLING!... or talk just a smidge slower so we can understand?... and maybe have a tiny bit of patience with customers?!... and QUIT YELLING?! ... and did I say QUIT YELLING?!
If she's on the phone sitting down, just TURN AROUND AND WALK OUT! Don't chance it! She yells on the phone also! The entire conversation!
She's not lazy, I'll say that FOR SURE! She seems to work extremely hard. But it's just not worth it though.
It's just not. I'd rather get my sandwich anger-free, and without the screaming, for myself, my co-workers and...
Read moreDuring my recent visit to Subway on Webb Bridge Rd, I decided to try their Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sub, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. Nestled in the bustling city of Alpharetta, GA, this Subway location offered a satisfying meal that left me craving for more.
The star of the show, without a doubt, was the tender and juicy chicken, glazed in the delectable Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sauce. The combination of sweet and savory flavors blended harmoniously, creating a taste sensation that left me thoroughly impressed. The chicken itself was cooked to perfection, boasting succulence and tenderness that made each bite an absolute pleasure.
The Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sauce added a unique and delightful twist to the sub. Its sweet and tangy notes perfectly complemented the savory chicken, enhancing the overall flavor profile. The sauce was well-balanced, not overpowering the other ingredients, and provided a satisfying glaze that made the sub truly memorable.
The fresh vegetables, including crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy onions, added a refreshing crunch and a burst of vibrant flavors to the sub. They balanced out the sweetness of the teriyaki sauce and brought a delightful textural contrast to the soft bread and tender chicken. Of course I have requested to add Ranch too.
Speaking of the cheese bread, it was fresh, soft, and held all the ingredients together remarkably well. The sub was assembled with care and attention to detail, ensuring that each bite provided a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
The portion size was generous, leaving me feeling satisfied and content. The customization options at Subway allowed me to personalize my sub with additional toppings, such as cheese and condiments, further enhancing the overall experience.
The service at this Subway location was friendly and efficient. The staff members were courteous, and my sub was prepared promptly to my specifications. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for dining.
Please note that taste preferences may vary, but this review reflects my personal experience and appreciation for the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sub at Subway Webb Bridge Rd in...
Read moreIf you thought you have encountered worst customer service elsewhere, you were wrong. The young Indian man serving in this store has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen.
There were three customers ahead of me receiving a couldn’t be slower service in getting their sandwich from this guy and he rolled his eyes when one of the customers showed him a coupon, without even saying anything. That’s not the least, then he went to the bathroom! Yes the bathroom! In the middle of making those customers their subways!!! When he came back he was putting everything together so slow that I was wondering if a sloth would be faster. I saw a few pieces of cut apples laying on one of the tables just next to the counter and I realized it was his when he came out and grabbed the water bottle next to the pieces of apples. Those apples were laying on the table without a plate or a fork next to them, he was probably eating those apples with his hands when the three customers ahead of me walked in. After waiting behind those three people for almost 10 minutes (their subs were still not ready), the guy asked me to leave because he’s not feeling well and he’s going to close the business for the day. So on top of his slowness, half eaten apple on the table, using the bathroom, bad attitude, there’s feeling sick on top as well.
If you were wondering if I did anything wrong, I can tell you that all I did was just standing in the line and looked around to make these observations. I said “you must be kidding me “ to myself when he was in the bathroom halfway in making those sandwiches.
When asked to leave, I just gladly walked out of this place because I was searching for something else on my phone anyways. This guy is defining the definition of worst customer service and his attitude towards customers...
