Rooms are fine. Cleaning crew cleans what they want when they want. No consistent housekeeping schedule. Supposed to come every other day, my room gets skipped for five days at a time. When it is mentioned to management, lackadaisical nonchalant responses is all I can get. Breakfast is pretty pathetic to say the least. If we complain, we may get a couple of days of digestible breakfast, but then it goes back to the normal crap. Meats commonly undercooked No portion control, no preparation. The breakfast potatoes always feel like they are raw. I have had fresh apple softer than the potatoes that they serve us. Commonly out of daily things like yogurt. In order to get some items, you have to be the first person in the lobby. Although I have gone down at 6:30 AM, there has already been things that are already run out. Seems like front desk does not know when they are going to be busy, And Food runs out commonly. No preparation or profound management skills. My largest issue, and reason for this review is the lack of accountability when things are wrong. I have been at this hotel paying religiously once a month since May. Over the last month, I have been charged erroneously and no reason as to why I have received the charges. Two weeks ago I was charged over $500, and when brought to the managers attention, Mike, he looked me dead in my face and told me he did not know why I was charged. He told me that the system is always messing up. I was advised from the property management that in order for me to get my money back, I would need to dispute it with my bank. This was a Friday! For 10 days I had to go without my money because they were improperly holding. It finally posted. The manager again, not knowing what to do charged the ex access for the next month and advised no additional charges will come about. Not only was that a lie, but the very next day after paying the room in full, I got yet another charge. When brought to the manager, Mike’s attention, he laughed at the beginning of our interaction in front of guest that can also confirm the interaction. When I let him know how much I was not joking, he asked me to come in the back to keep everything low. I have seen multiple people complaining in the lobby about unsubstantiated charges from this hotel. I have several coworkers that I have recommended to come and stay here. Never any Kickback for me at all! What I get in thanks, is charges and no one to care! The other people that I have seen with these issues have also only had to deal with it. Again, no accountability or ownership from management, although he is aware of the issues.When I was discussing the issues with him, he did not seem to care, and blamed everything on the system. He allegedly escalated my concern, and left for the day. No feedback, and no next steps about a resolution. Today, now two days later, still no update no call no expectation set or anything and Michael is gone yet again. Pissed is an understatement! The lack of care and compassion is not stopped with Michael. A lot of his staff members take the same attitude, but by no means do I think they can do better if they’re leader is as disconnected as he is! I let him know that I do have the means to gather several of the people that have been discharged to move forward with additional recourse. Michael does not care about that. My first stop is leaving this review, more to come! When I came here, it was for a mutual understanding that when I pay, I can stay. Read moreThis was an absolute horrible experience from the moment we checked in. When we got to the hotel the front desk was dark, there was no attendant there. She must have seen us and then came from the back room to tend to us, which she seem like she didn't really want to do. There was no hello, no pleasantries, it was just an awkward check in. She gives us the keys and I find out we are on the third floor. I selected a 4th floor room earlier that day on the app only to be told upon check in that my room was given away and we were put on the 3rd floor. We didn't check in late either. It was about 7:30pm. I purposely always select the top floor. She obviously wasn't going to do anything because I stated I selected a 4th room floor and she just said they gave it away and got silent. So my family proceeded to our room. We open the door to a freezing room. My husband goes to turn the heat on and it doesn't go over 60 degrees. It goes lower but not higher. This is with the heat on not the air. So I go to call the front desk and the phone doesn't work. This is while my husband is setting up the pull out bed for my son that there is no blanket for. I said let me call the main number from my cell phone while my husband is putting on the baseball game for my son. Welp the phone number doesn't work and guess what either does the TV. I told my husband try to call the main number maybe its my phone. He got the same issue. I call Hilton directly to see if they can get in touch with the front desk they tell me they call four times and can't get in touch with anyone. I didn't want to deal with the front desk attendant because I was already mad as hell and didn't want to come out of character. We ended up leaving 30 minutes after we got there. By the way on the way out, the front desk was still dark and I didn't see her. Maybe she was in that back room again. We ended up going to Home 2 Suites in Cumming, GA and I had to pay over $200 for another room because of this situation. Oh and I tried calling the hotel directly today again to try and speak to a Manager and the phone number still doesn't work.
