I shall invite you on a journey of sorts, more like a quest...an EPIC quest in search of deliciousness if you will...
If I could give a BAZILLION stars I would without hesitation! Our EPIC QUEST into getting breakfast burritos began about 4 days ago when I made a magic mobile order. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency (it was dragons I swear!) we were late in picking up & they had run out of all the good breakfast bits (totally🐉fault), so the General Manager, Angie T, had asked if we wanted something else (lunch wise) or just to come back the next day which we chose the next day breakfast...cuz THEY ARE THAT AMAZING! FF to the next morning, we were cutting it close (abt 10:50am) & unfortunately the guy who was right in front of us had JUST bought out all the sausages & bacons. Breakfast DENIED 😉 So we decided they needed a break from us going up there every day & our subsequent sadness at not getting this deliciousness.
Then this morning...the dark clouds parted with a glorious beam of light from the heavens & I swear I heard angelic voices singing me on to Journey's "Don't Stop Believing!" and I KNEW today WAS THE DAY!
Breakfast Burritos WERE ALMOST IN OUR GRASP!
We rode our trusty steed, Honda Civic through the perilous Le'Traffiq to FINALLY arrive at the much desired destination.
Our EPIC JOURNEY finally came to a glorious & triumphant end with the ever gracious & brilliant Angie T & her equally outstanding crew & they went ABOVE & BEYOND in their bada$$ery.
Our appetites for breakfast burritos have finally been satiated & OMG they are SOOOOO delicious.
So thank you Angie & morning crew of Taco Bell for making our quest one for the books! You guys were brilliant!! Now, on to fight more of those pesky dragons! Huzzah!
And I hope you enjoyed my review as much as I enjoyed these...
Read moreTotally unprofessional and no customer service experience, obviously. We came in at 12:20 and at 12:40 I still didn't have my food. Came up to the counter to ask where my food was and they still weren't done making it. They asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. She told the lady making our food to just stop making it. The lady making the food chucked it on the table and rolled her eyes. I told the women at the counter that I still wanted my food but wanted to be compensated for having to wait too long. They said I get one or the other, a refund or my food. My fiance went up to the counter and asked for a refund. They screamed across the store "HEY THEY WANT A REFUND UP HERE!" Some lady came to the counter, looked at the receipt and said "I can't give you a refund". My fiance is STILL up at the counter(12:50 )asking to speak with a manager about getting our money back. Our food still isn't even done. 30 minutes later, no food, no refund. My brother in law was waiting for his food once we got out refund so we sat down and waited for his food to be done. He got his food and the manager asked us to leave. We got in our cars and my brother in law realized he forgot hot sauce packets. He went inside to get some hot sauce and they told him to "get the f* out". He walked out to his car and was chased out by several employees, including the manager. The manager started screaming at him calling him a b** and taking pictures of our cars. Said he stole hot sauce packets and that she was going to call the cops. We have it all on video. I will NEVER go back. I am a manager myself and would never speak to another human being the way she did. Taco Bell, get your stuff together. This is embarrassing. No one should be harassed from one of your establishments, especially a...
Read moreI dont even know if corporate or anyone pays attention to these reviews but DO BETTER. You must accommodate to disabled citizens that enter your establishment. When I show up and open my car door to get out and go to the restaurant to get my order as an Uber Eats delivery driver and the door is locked. I'm not allowed to cancel the order so logically I pull around the drive through and unexpectedly I get yelled at about policy and how I must come inside and argued with that there are no locked doors and other customers were able to find the double doors and enter...and again as a disabled person it takes a lot to get in and out of my car twice, at the drive through I said No Thank You on coming inside and was promptly refused service and this big guy came to drive through door and started yelling at me saying very rude things. Not to mention danother clueless employee gave stink eye, crossed her arms and walked away... In the time that it took 2 people to come to the window to deal with my manners I could have had my order brought to me at the window and I could have left but instead MY customer did not get their order because two employees could not handle themselves. Both displaying very poor customer service. No matter what your policy is or isn't, it doesnt take much time for proper signage to be put on a door that isnt used. I REPEAT NO SIGNANGE BOTHERED TO SAY PLEASE USE OTHER DOOR! Being rude and fiesty are not the qualities in customer service and as someone who is unfamiliar with this location I dont wanna come back, I know you dont care if I return or not, but talk goes a long way and this will be...
