This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a pizza place. I ordered my pizza online at 8:48pm. It is now 10:06pm and I still do not have my pizza. They said it would be here at 9:28pm. I'm well aware that the time they give is auto-populated, but to be almost an HOUR late?!!! I sent in the "online ordering experience" rated as poor and explained the situation. 10 minutes later I get a phone call from them letting me know they didn't have the drink I ordered. I asked them to take it off. Other than that, the guy I spoke to gave no reasoning or even an ounce of acknowledgement of how LATE they are on this order. No sorry. No remorse. No nothing. In fact, the guy I spoke to acted like he was inexperienced and had no idea how to talk to people. No people skills at all and terrible customer service and satisfaction. I decided to have a pizza night and switch it up for a change and order Pizza Hut. Huge mistake. I order Dominos once a week for "pizza Sunday" with my dad and I ALWAYS get great service with them. They have called me only being FIVE minutes late one time and apologized along with giving a complimentary dessert. I didn't need it but I felt VALUED as EVERY customer should. Dominos is definitely worthy of my hard earned money. Maybe you guys should take notes from them on how to be a Pizza delivery service. You obviously need some coaching. Read moreWe ordered 2 pizzas, one with crust flavoring and one without. The one that was ordered without the crust flavoring, had the flavoring added to the crust and majority of the pizza. We called and the girl immediately answered and said “you just picked up your order what’s wrong with it?” As if they already knew their mess up. She then gave us two options of getting our account credited or to have them remade. We generously just asked for the pizza that was ordered without flavoring be remade as requested. She abruptly then said it’d be 35 minutes and hung up. Upon arrival to pick up our remade pizza, she asked us to check it again to confirm it was right.... and what do you know... it was made wrong a second time with crust seasoning. To which we were just offered a credit on our account for the next time. It’s kind of obvious why franchises have been closing all over because of negligence like this leading to losing customers. This location is out of our way and something we were looking forward to enjoying after the one closest to us closed. Read moreI placed an order a little after 9pm for contact less curb side pick up at 10pm. At about 945 I get a call saying they don't have anymore dough all they can make is thin crust so they change my order to two thin crust pizza's. When I get there about 950 three different workers come out to make calls or whatever and don't even acknowledge me.. when I went in at 1005 they hadn't even started my second pizza (the one that changed to thin crust). They said they'll start it now and bring it them both out to me.. they brought them to my car at 1018 when I got home my supreme that they made once I arrived there was fine but the edge veggie I ordered was room temp and looked like it had been thrown together. This is actually the second time this has happened with running out of dough and then taking more then 10 mins past the time it should have been made.
