White Castle — Restaurant in Alton

Drive through backed up but moving okay and it's understandable because it was late at night. My order was wrong and I accidentally tore my bag trying to look through it because they crowded my whole order in a tiny bag. I was missing food. They kept asking me are you sure it's not in there. Yes I know it's not in there because I'm looking through this tiny bag and you can't possibly fit my entire order in a little bag. So I asked for another bag and it was given to me. They kept asking me to move up to wait for the rest of my order because they had a long line. I asked them to give me a minute so I can put my order in the new bag because my bag tore and I have a brand new car and I don't want to spill food in my new car. They kept asking me to move and asking me to move and I repeated if my order was right I wouldn't still be here. I'm trying to put my order in the new bag so I do not get food all over my brand new car. Extremely rude about it, slamming the drive thru window, commenting about some timer. Once again I wouldn't be here if my order...

If you like a ton of raw onions covering your soggy Burger then this is the place for you. I've been eating at this location ever since it opened and I've noticed over the past couple years quality has went down but tonight was the last straw. I ordered a crave case and specifically said light on the onion I've never had to say that before at any location but my last experience was so bad me and my friend couldn't finish them. This time when they handed me the crave case I instantly smelt onion so I pulled-over to check the burgers and they all were completely packed full of them. The employees were kind enough to give me a refund and was very nice about it but I'm still not going back which it's a shame, but it's also a shame for me to waste time getting food that is incorrect 2 times in a row especially a $30 crave case. maybe quality is much better during the day I tend to only go late but honestly it shouldn't matter...

It was a terrible place went in the drive thru ordered 12 original burgers 2 cheese fries and a large shake when I got to the window the cashier handed me a shake that was suspiciously small I asked if that was a large they said no, I asked for the large they charged me $2.81 more I looked at my receipt it showed that I paid 2.59 and 2.81 plus tax for a large shake I immediately called the manager who at first stated that a large shake cost 5.50 then stated its approximately 50 cents less that if I came back I would be reimbursed I told her no thank you I rather talk to your supervisor then I arrived home and found out I had 12 extremely soggy hamburgers that manager needs to be reprimanded and retrained or removed she represents the company which tells me they dont mind price gouging, poor work ethics...
