Went tonight and ordered ultimate burger with no cheese, received a burger with double cheese, then I kindly asked for a substitute burger because I asked with no cheese. Received a burger with no veggies and plain and simple had no grilled onions neither jalapeños which a ultimate burger should come with it was not even close to a ultimate burger, cashier came and said he had to throw the other burger because of “policy” & to top it off got some stale fries that had been sitting there for atleast an hour. Burger was hot but needed more seasoning. This was resolved with just a little salt. Overall a really good burger. Would of given 4 stars but fries although hot, were slightly chewy as if cooked at a longer time with a lower temp. Possible the fryer was over stuffed and consequently this occurred. ( not 100% sure) burger had mayo although I asked for mustard and was repeated as such. This was not a huge deal for me, but could of been for someone with allergies. I didn't mention it and still ate it as I do like mayo but...

Stars is starting to lose their quality :( They have changed their chicken strips, which were my absolute favorite thing! Instead of going to Whataburger, Cane's, or DQ for chicken strips, I would come to Stars because I loved their chicken and their gravy. The tenders have been changed to essentially chicken nuggets :(

I ordered a large chili cheese tots and was expecting the usual container and portion. They changed that, too.
