Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Altoona

I'm disappointed in the service we received after I called in to discuss a $70 order I had delivered. We ordered 40 wings total, of those 30 were boneless. Only 10 of the wings were supposed to be plain (sauce on the side). All 40 of our wings, including the ten traditional wings were plain. Not only did they have no sauce, they were all dry and tough to chew. When I placed the order, I had to refresh the screen several times because the buttons were not working which resulted in my order saying all boneless were sauce on the side. That's not what we wanted so I felt that was unfair and that was frustrating. I called to see about replacing the order and she acted like there was nothing she could do so I just hung up. I ordered their online special. 20 pcs boneless wings with French fries. The food was fast and ordering was very easy. The fries were good, crispy, crunchy, and well seasoned. The wings were absolutely horrible, overcooked, hard, and no chicken..mostly only breadings and to pay $18.18 for some fried breading and fries? No thanks. Most of the wings were microscopic in size. Just a tad larger then a quarter. The flavor was excellent. The various flavors were great. The service and staff were outstanding.

Overall, I do not recommend buying this special or from this establishment. Don't waste your time and money. It's absolutely not worth it. It's a marketing gimmick and I fell for it.

First time at Buffalo Wild Wings. From the name of the business, we were expecting large, tender wings (bone in). What we got, mostly skin, almost meatless overcooked wings not much larger than the baby carrot's, potato wedges had great flavor but, they were not much larger than the wings, more the size of a french fry. The containers of sauce are hand filled with the flavor hand written on the lid with a marker which was difficult to read. Our order was ready on time, the person who answered the phone and rang up our order was awesome. We won’t be going back. Very disappointed...
