Ok but like let’s be fr. This location keeps getting worse and this is coming from a person that worked here at LEAST 3 times😭 yes lol ik. But this location has been thru 3 DIFFERENT GM in less than a year!! Then you lost a district manager so I kind of understand that the place is getting adjusted but at the same time i don’t. First off the place is a total mess and lemme tell yallllllll😭😭😭😭😭it can’t get no worse than this. Them mfs so damn stingy especially the black mfs idk if they a team lead or assistant manager but they pig @ss needa turn ts allll the way around. Mfs was in line for a good 20 min+ the only reason i stayed was for my cousin cause she wanted something and we were already in the area. When i tell y’all they was even taking forever on the onlinesss like omg ts so crazy. There was about 4-5 people before me and about 3 online pickups so I’m not getting how it took over 30 min to get thru 7 people…. that would’ve took me 5 min tops! 😭 They were moving like a d@mn SLOTH! omg. So my turn come up and yk i’m ordering, as we’re going down, I asked for double meat they was being sting coo, when we got to the queso… they kept giving half scoops, asked if i could get it two more times cause his fat @ss kept doing the same thing so coo. we got to the cheese also being stingy so i asked for xtra cheese 3 times coo…. Now when we got to the guac they pig lookin, sloth havin, BLACK short no good @ss literally gave me a drop. I kid you not 😒 like lowkey pmo cause if i’m gone get charged for having extra stuff you better give me my money’s worth tf. then yk I just walked off and giggled and forgot about the order. i’m seeing some customers outside and they hearing me talk otp and they was basically agreeing with everything i said. when i had went outside a couple people had told me things that were being said about me that was really disrespectful. I honestly they all need to be retrained by the Ames GM. He’s my favorite fr.(won’t say is name for privacy reasons) I know almost everything a GM should know. Like the reviews keep getting worse shatttt i’ll hop over the counter and clock in my d@mn self atp. Likeeeeeeeeeeeeeee omg fire everyone atp and close the store down… idk how they sales looking but when i was there we were always 1st or 2nd with high sales maybe sometimes top 5. and if the pay wasn’t so damn low maybe you’ll get more employees. get it...

I honestly don't even know where to begin this review with how bad it was. Pancheros in the 3 other cities i have Lived/worked were great and I loved going to them when ever I could.

Now with that being said, when we went to this location it was on 11/9/19 at around 5 Pm. I was taking a friend of mine to a Pancheros for his first time and thought this was a good one as I was previously a regular customer at this location when I worked close by about a year and a half ago.

When we walked in there was 1 customer in front of us. Other than that seemed empty as no one else was eating in the establishment. We got to the counter and realized that Chicken, Steak, Rice, and a few other things were VERY LOW. The food was already done but was just siting in buckets on the back grill. We asked for the new food since they were so low that they werent even given the customer in front of us or us the right amount of food because of how little food was left.

When they had someone else cut the food up to give to us it was like we inconvenienced them. The 1 worker seemed rude and more interested in talking to the cashier as they seemed to be friends and wanted to talk to each other more than any of us 3 customers at the time. When we had to wait for the food to be cut up to go into our burrito that then made the burrito not cold but definitely not hot, maybe warm.

Overall it seemed it was dirty, they were out of a lot of food and people didn't want to put it out, It was Prime time on a Saturday and they seemed to not care.

They cut Steak and chicken with same knife on same cutting board and then I believe used that same knife to mess with some of the pork belly on the grill. so food may not even be sanitary at that point.

At the end of the day, for his first experience and my first one in over a year of this location was not getting the proper amount of food that we pay for, then having to ask for fresh/rest of the food that we should of been getting rather than them letting us know they would get that or something along those lines, Rude customer service, cold food, and a worry that the food we were eating wasn't even...

I wasn't going to bother posting a review, but I feel that they've earned it (my review ) several times over. I have been to this location on many occasions, and honestly there probably isn't enough character space to tell you how disappointing this Pancheros is. If I could give it negative star reviews I would. For starters, they are incredibly slow. They hire people who shouldn't be in food service as they are so incompetent that they would probably take a vile dump, not wash their hands after wiping, and then make your burrito. Sadly, that isn't an exaggeration.

There is always some stray particle of food in sauces that don't belong. Once I asked for tofu on my burrito, and I kid you not, it was dried out and hard as a rock! Yet the employee still scrapped it up and put it on my burrito. It was like having several day old dried out lumps of dog food on my food. I was so disgusted, but did not complain at the time. I just threw it in the trash. Honestly, I wish I would have. I wish a food inspector would pay this place a visit, or the owner or manager would start caring and do something about how heinous this place is.

This last time was the last straw though. Thought maybe the dog food tofu was a one time incident because nobody orders tofu so I went with the carnitas this time. And i haven't eaten here in several months.. so I thought I'd give them one last chance to get it right, but sadly no. The employee scrappes the last remnants of food out of every container and put it on my burrito bowl. I asked her for salsa, and there wasn't enough in the container, so she just kept scrapping to get enough, instead of going to the back to get more. Then she picked a rotten piece of lettuce out of the sour cream and plopped it on my burrito. Also, somehow even though there was enough food in the containers for my husbands burrito, he said it was very cold when he got it. That's not fresh! Probably not even safe.

In conclusion, I am done eating here. Never again. Also, I hope a food inspector pays this place a visit before someone gets sick. And it seems other reviewers on here have horror...
