If I could give it a zero star review I would. I had ordered food for delivery and was patiently waiting for it. My gf had gone to shower and her name is the one on the account as well as her telephone number. Apparently the delivery driver took it upon himself to not bother to knock on my door or the neighbors door (I live in a duplex) to attempt delivery. They apparently tried to call my gf's cell phone and when she didn't answer they headed back to the store without trying to knock on any door or attempt delivery at all, just a call from their car. Ok, fine. She tries calling the driver's number, no answer. Then we call the store and they say "I don't know what happened but your order is here and we'll send someone out with it right away." My food was already 15 minutes old past the time they went out for delivery the first time. Ten minutes later a manager calls asking about which door to go to and which house is mine. I live in a duplex. This isn't uncommon for my city. This isn't the first time I've ordered from there. My neighbor orders from dominos on a regular basis. Their address isn't the same as mine. My food was 25 minutes old and they still wanted to have a driver bring it out to me. I canceled the order. Although I may have been partially to blame because my gf didn't answer her phone, I am not entirely to blame as my address is clearly marked on my house as well as...
Read moreWe have had a long time love of Domino's pizza, from the flavorful sauce and tasty toppings to the crust that is the perfect thickness.
I also love the Pinapple Jalapeno Chicken Bites. These are tender bites of chicken in a wonderfully sweet-hot sauce, with pinapple and jalapeno slices layed out on top and all covered with melted mozzarella and/or provolone cheese. My only complaint is that the size of this dish has been literally halved since the first time a bought it a couple of years ago. Of course, the price hasn't lessoned, which is the real problem. I also noticed this last time that there are fewer and fewer pieces of pineapple and jalapeno.
The final item purchased was the garlic parmesan bread bites. These need to come with a warning label that says "Highly addictive. Eat at your own risk. May cause calories to stick to your thighs by simply smelling inside the box." They are that good! They're these crispy little puffy bites that are covered in butter (margarine, oil?), garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. They are simply fantastic, but better bought when you are serving so many people that you're limited to a maximum of 2.
With the current promotion to buy 2 items for $5.99 each, it's not too expensive to buy out. The 17th Street location is always fast for our pick-up, and the staff professional...
Read moreI stopped in Domino’s after work because I really wanted to try the new New York pizza I ordered it and a thin pizza as well so after ordering my pizzas I was sitting there waiting for my pizza to get done and a woman who worked there went over to the door opened it and was standing there with the door open vaping I don’t know if she was a manager or not but regardless she should not have been doing that ! Then the guy that made my pizzas was standing at his station and he starts scratching his beard which was not covered up all I could think of was those hairs falling out all over his station and then he went to the back room and was playing on his phone I could still see him and I’m thinking is he going to wash his hand before he makes another pizza yeah I’m thinking not. The woman that was vaping was on her phone as well then she took a paper towel and wiped some pizza pans out then put them back on the shelf. So I got my pizza’s brought them home I just couldn’t get that picture out of my head of what they were doing. It totally grossed me out needless to say I did not I repeat Did Not eat that pizza so I wasted 17.49 on 2 pizza’s that my dogs are going to get it was the Altoona Domino’s store no.4763. I will never eat pizza from...
