So I was hungry and irritated that I was on foot without a vehicle wondering what I could get to eat. I passed by McDonald's, really didn't want Sheetz at the time and was just about resigned to getting pizza at a closeby place. Then suddenly I thought to myself "Wait a minute, Sunoco has a place in there that I think is open!" I quickly changed direction walked in the door.....and was glad I did! They had just what I needed at the time. 2 big slices of pizza and a drink for 5 dollars. I chose a slice of pepperoni and a slice of buffalo pizza. It did the job, having great ingredients and good taste. You can't beat that deal in today's economy. I also checked out the menu to discover that this guy has a bevy of decent flatbread items. Apparently he knows his stuff when it comes to this. He also does catering and fundraising.....so Fred's is a name not to forget or overlook on the fundraising tip. I definitely will be back to try some more of his stuff. Good taste is what you can expect here, while others offer food with no flavor.

The first time there, I was a little disappointed. Was quoted a half hour wait time, wound up being 45 minutes. Then the credit card machine didn't want to work, so that was another process. The"showcase" pizza on the counter looked old and moldy (as pictured). I guess I can't expect too much from a pizzeria that shares common space with a gas station.

I got the buffalo chicken wrap to try, it was perfect just they way I liked it, I wasnt sure though if it was crispy chicken or grilled but its grilled it was still good and I will return.

WOW! Took the kiddos to the Kickstands & Kandy event at Roundhouse Harley-Davidson this afternoon. When we spotted Fred's Flatbread setup, my husband went over to scoop up some pizza while the kids and I walked around. Wasn't expecting much and figured I could just take a few bites from whatever my husband ordered. When we met back up with my husband I discovered that he ordered a few pieces of the cheesesteak flatbread pizza. I took a bite and couldn't believe how delicious it was!!! It was flavorful, crunchy yet soft, and apparently everything an excellent flatbread pizza should be - I guess the flatbread pizzas I've had previously in my life were dump pizzas because they tasted nothing like Fred's...
