KFC — Restaurant in Altoona

I'm not normally one to complain but this kind of just pissed me off. I order the same thing every single time I go - 3 piece tender 5 dollar fill up with a Pepsi, ranch, and honey mustard. Every time, it comes with boneless chicken, mashed potatoes, a biscuit and a cookie. Well I just ordered two of the same thing I just described. First of all, I didn't get the sauce so I just asked for it again, no big deal, accidents happen, right? Well I drive across town and get home to eat and in mine I got chicken with bones ( not a big deal but not expected) but heres the part that is just uncalled for. Instead of mashed potatoes and gravy i got a thing of corn, my boyfriend also got chicken with bones but he got a container of gravy. Yes. A container of gravy. No mashed potatoes, just gravy. If something changed where now you get corn instead of potatoes, then my bad I guess, but that still doesn't account for the fact that my boyfriend didn't get corn, but gravy instead. Come on kfc what am I supposed to do with corn and gravy??? Overall not pleased...

The food is good, but I'm giving this 2 stars for one reason: the customer service or should I say lack there of. The customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think I've ever come here where they have gotten my order correct on the first try. I've learned the hard way to always check my order before driving away. For example, tonight they forgot to add my honey mustard dipping sauce and an extra biscuit to my meal. They also charged me extra when I asked for their 3 wings deal and instead, charged me for 3 pieces of chicken. Thankfully the money was refunded, but they acted like doing so was an inconvenience to them. It just seems like all of the employees are all rude, angsty teens who couldn't care less about their jobs or the service they provide to customers. Wouldn't recommend...

Very greasy chicken, not as crispy as I hoped, but I didn't get extra crispy. Wished it wasn't as greasy. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy but I more like got a small bowl of gravy with a bit of mashed potatoes on the side. Biscuits are not what I remember, it was small and boring. Not the colonel's biscuits. I haven't had kfc in years though. Fries weren't many but they were big and long, pretty crispy. Chicken nuggets were tiny but good. Ordered 5 and got like 7, probably because they were very small. I may never come back to this location and maybe even avoid kfc. Service wasn't great either. The lady didn't talk to me at all when I pulled up. If I were to come back it'd be for nuggets and fries but nothing else. That much doesn't make it...
