I actually love this one. I go there at least once a month. Everything I went there the staff has always been fast n friendly. Condiment station filled and food is yummy. But I was there about 5 days ago n aa soon as I walked in the 1st set of doors, It smelled like an old dirty house! Walked through 2nd doors into dining room n it still has the same smell! Had to use the kiosk to place my order n was new at it. There was a younger girl sitting in this little room n cane to help me with my order. I got my cup while waiting fir food n the soda station was filthy! Soda n water everywhere. I was afraid to touch tge botton of the soda machine cuz it looked like it wasn't cleaned or wiped in hrs! Went to sit down to wait for my order n every table n booth was dirty! Even the benches. Food on floor. I was so disgusted n shocked what I seen! O had to wipe off my own table n bench. The Condiment station was almost completely empty! I understand that drive through can get busy because I worked fast food for many years on n off! But there was no excuse why that girl couldn't pick up a cleaning rag n wipe all that down. 5 mins cleaning. N the Condiment station would have taken a min or 2 to refill. She wanted doing anything but sit. Oh n not to mention how sticky n filthy the counter n door handles! I got my food n was only able to eat a couple of ny chips/nacho cheese cuz I couldn't stand the smell! I lost my appetite n had to take my food with. I didn't get a paper receipt or I would have filled out survey about my bad experience. Then just before I was going to leave, a young kid was standing behind counter n just stood there n did nothing! He could have cleaned n sanitized that place. There was no one in dinning room but me. Read moreI am so angry about the service we received that I will be calling the district manager. I want my money back as most of what we got went straight into the trash. We went there twice for a small order that they just couldn't do I guess. We ordered two tacos two cheesy roll-ups and chips with nacho cheese. We also asked for extra mild sauce. I get home my husband's tacos were not really even wrapped they were just a mess inside the wrapper. Looked more like it belonged in a bowl. It was also cold and he got zero mild sauce and zero napkins to clean the taco bowls minus the bowl up 🙄 my cheesy roll ups were ice cold and we live really really close nothing should be cold when I get home. They also tasted weird and now I don't feel well. I did get chips no cheese. I was starving as I couldn't eat the roll ups so I called to see if they could get me cheese and fresh chips to go with as mine got cold waiting for me to go back for the cheese but they take the phone off the hook during the night shift because God forbid they have to put their cigarette out to answer a phone call. So I just drove their and there was one person in front of me in line we waited for about 7 minutes for either of us to have our order taken because it was smoke break time. So screw their customers. Anyway I get home with supposedly fresh chips and cheese sauce and the cheese dip was so cold the container felt like it came out of the fridge. You could tip the container upside down and it would stay put. I had to microwave it . Out of everything I got and the 45 min. This used to be the "good" taco bell in town, from what I remember. The past couple times I've gone though have sucked. I order on the app but it still takes forever to get my food, and that's /in/ the drive thru that people claim is their focus. Tonight we put in a mobile order, waited 10 minutes behind one single car to get to the order box alone, was barely spoken to, let alone being told there was a wait or anything. We then were sat behind ONE CAR for 20 MINUTES. The line behind us extended into the street. Worse is, we'd have just left and called to cancel the order, but there is physically no way to get out when there's a car in front of and behind you. Also, every time I call there's a busy tone and no connection. My partner was having a panic attack that verged on turning into a medical emergency. God forbid someone does have something horrible happen while they're stuck sitting there. What are you supposed to do, abandon your car late at night in the winter and obstruct the drive thru more? When your location is built with a challenging feature like that, there NEEDS to be some system in place for insane backups like this, especially at a location where slow service...
