Honestly, this place is ridiculous. They probably make the better food out of both locations. But whenever I try to call there, it rings forever and no one ever answers the phone. When I used to work there years ago, they would ignore the phone on purpose to Make sure they didn't answer it for customers. which was very hard to work for them as well. Because they didn't answer you if you were running late or anything? They have the same management. I just am surprised at this place has Always been managed poorly and nothing has changed. I can't call in to ask for extra condiments, I can't talk to anybody when my order is wrong, and honestly every time I order from this place. they never make my food right? There's always something missing. Cookies not in the bag. Things I paid extra for weren't added.. Honestly, I would just recommend going to any other fast food place besides this McDonald's, or the other one. This one actually makes better food than the other 1. BUT none of your stuff comes in right or made the way you ordered it anyway, and they don't answer the phone because they don't care about customer service. Or if they do mess up. I've seen them blame customers for problems before. And they don't really seem to like if you complain if something is wrong.. It's a shame because I do love McDonald's food. Happy Meals for my Son!    Read moreSecret Shopper Investigation performed. Observations were perfect. The lobby, ladiesâ room, counter area, and parking lot were all in top top shape - and the staff was refreshing! The man (see photo) behind the cashier counter was sweet, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. I overheard his conversation with customers and a coworker - both equally soft spoken and genuine. I especially enjoyed hearing him encouraging his coworker that she was âpaying it forwardâ when paying special attention to the needs of the customers and offering her knowledge to someone in need. I assumed he was referring to her last customerâs questions, and how she went the distance to answer and serve him. The man in the photo with me is Davione, a very polite and super thoughtful team member. Davione was exposed to my five back to back mobile orders and delivered each to me, with a smile, in the lobby. He was delightful, to say the least. I have awarded Davione with the Trophy of the Day, and this inspection as my Favorite of the Week (today is my 4th day of this week, out of five)! Congratulations Station Mall...
   Read moreWent through the drive thru with my mother-in-law. She ordered a large drink for herself and I got two large meals and a small thing of fries for me, my s/o and our daughter. The only thing they got right was the small fries. You could hear the lady who took the orders laughing and goofing off the whole time so I'm not surprised. They handed us my food and when I checked my receipt they had gotten my burgers wrong and they hadn't wrong my s/o order in as a large meal. They obviously knew they messed up because the girl at the window hurried up and handed my somewhat corrected order before closing the window. No mention of our drinks, we had to ask for our drinks to even get them and even then they tried to only give us one instead of the three we were owed. And then I realized that they never gave us the large fries for my s/o order. If your employee is going to just goof around and get customers orders that wrong and give them that much of a hassle when they ask for what they ordered then maybe they shouldn't be put in...
