Worst experience ever!! I will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again. Order pizza at 9:15pm…first pizza came at 10:00pm delivered by DoorDash. That guy smushed my pizza by tipping it sideways and then taunted my dog. Pizza was super cold. Called the store and got customer service. He said I should be getting a new pizza by 10:25. Thinking great not bad. Pizza finally arrives at 11:15pm. We decided to refuse it but tipped the second delivery guy from DoorDash as he was really nice and it wasn’t his fault that the second time someone entered the address completely wrong and he had issues finding our house. Called the store again to get our money back. Got someone from the actual store and he said not my problem and to call DoorDash. Unfortunately since I placed the order through Pizza Hut themselves DoorDash wouldn’t do anything nor could I complain to them because they were only outsourced to deliver the pizza only. The guy proceeded to just say not my problem and put the phone down and walked away. Called back again and thankfully got someone from customer service. She proceeded to tell me to contact DoorDash but like I explained to her I just want to cancel the order I placed through the Pizza Hut app. Thankfully she refunded. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Ordered pizza on their website for delivery on a Sunday night , it said 25-30 mins. I watched the "delivery tracker, nothing changed for 40 minutes so I called. They told me I ordered carryout, really.... then why did it ask me to tip my driver, enter my number for text order updates and go to a delivery tracker after I placed the order? I picked up the order that probably sat there for 20+ minutes in the warmer. The man that helped, who appeared to be a manager, just laughed about it with no apology whatsoever. Thankfully as we were walking out my son asked about the pop we ordered, went back for that. Then got down the road and realized they didn't give me the extra order of breasticks that I paid for either. I wasn't turning around since I knew I was already going to have cold pizza as it was. I called the store and a female answered and said she could give me a credit but not a refund. I live almost 3 hours away a credit is not an option. She informed me that a manager who could do refunds wouldn't be at the store until Tuesday, I told her I will be calling on Tuesday for the refund and let her know how horrible their customer service is. Read moreMight have been worst pizza we have ever had from anywhere ever. One star is much too kind! Every item was burnt. One pizza was half and half and pepperoni side had ZERO cheese on it and all toppings burnt, as was crust. I managed a Hut in 90's and know when dough is old and should be tossed and every item we had was made with dough that should have been tossed! Disgusting on all levels. Only decent part was chocolate chip cookie, although it was burnt in middle so only half was eaten. My 8 and 9 yr olds were staring so did not have 45/60 mins to call and complain and wait for a replacement. Not to mention spent $20+ then charged $3 "convenience fee" and another $4 for tip and ended up making frozen chicken nuggets for kids. I cut as much away of burnt and bubbles matter as I could and slathered in ranch or prego to get some down. The quality at this location has gone downhill with each order over past year or so...won't be ordering again for a while.
