Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Amarillo

Went for lunch today and the man who was at the speaker asked me if I wanted spicy chicken when I tried ordering regular chicken. I asked him at that point if they had any regular chicken to which he responded no, only spicy. I then made sure to rephrase what he just said to make sure I heard him right because I was in disbelief that they had no regular chicken whatsoever. You'd think they'd have a sign or something. Nope. Nothing. When I paraphrased the fact that they were completely out of regular chicken, he said, "No. It's cooking. We don't have any right now." I don't understand the lack of customer service here. Didn't even bother asking if i wanted to wait or anything. Like he just wanted me to leave because he didn't wanna deal with another order or he hates his job I guess. So, before driving off, I responded, "Well I guess never mind then...". I have went several times over the last couple months thinking I was just imagining how rude the Indian lady working is. I have probably tried returning different times to get a different server but it's always the same person and she is so rude. She starts of rude and proceeds to take it to a hole nother level if you attempt to use a coupon or get the special. last week I used a coupon for chicken and she tried to say my card declined I asked if someone else could run the card and somehow it worked ya right. now tonight I ordered some food of course it was her and she was rude again but I presented another coupon for a buy one get one side to see if it made her mad of course now all of a sudden they don't have sides like I'm stupid its even on the menu I know...

This location doesn't deserve any stars but it doesn't give me that option. First off when i placed my order they never asked what sides i wanted...every experience ive had at any restaurant ALWAYS ask. Its not what the location wants to serve us but what the customer wants. This location was set to give me what they wanted. When i pulled up the unprofessional girl at the window was not only rude but she wouldn't give me her name...i wouldnt have to ask for her name if she was wearing a name tag. When i asked for a manager she said they didnt have one and shut the drive through window on me. I WILL be calling the branch in the morning.
