. We are more than upset with the service we received at the western and 45th location. Generally we go to the Ross location and everything is perfect but the past couple of times we have stopped at 45th on the way to work and it’s always a horrible experience. The other day we were in the drive through and the guy messed up my order 4 times! Even charged my double and I ended up having to get a partial refund. It was his first day so I gave understanding but today was horrible. We walk up to the counter today to avoid the 10+ cars In line. And we stood at the window for 10 minutes before being greeted. The young lady at the window took 5 cars order, took their payment, and gave them their order by the time we finally said “Um can we order? You’ve taken like 5 cars already” she told us to wait. And Another girl seen our frustration and took our order. The drinks then took another 10 minutes to get out to us and we had one drink missing so we waiting a few more minutes for that. The last drink that was forgotten was a hot drink and the lady was sweet but before she handed us our drink she SCRATCHED her head then grabbed the stopper and then put it in the cup. And So unsanitary(especially in these times) and so unprofessional. We walked up to the counter at 830 and did not leave until 8.57... every car in drive through had gone on by by the time we were driving off. Literally ruined our day and made us...
Read moreI went to get a coffeee this morning before work and it was something that I really needed to relax. When I got to the window I told the girl what I wanted and she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She did not even repeat what I wanted back the right way. She then turns around and talk to another girl to tell her what I wanted. The whole time this long red headed girl has her back to me and I can hear her talking about me to the girl making my drink. I mean I’m my opinion if you don’t like your job go somewhere else. Also that is not what customer service needs to be like. I got my drink and it tasted straight up like pure chocolate milk. I order a white chocolate mocha ice cold brew coffee. I didn’t have time to fight it I had to get. To work but I’m so upset about how things turned out...
Read moreThey don't listen when you are ordering coffee have messed up on my coffee 3 times. The other 2 times I ignored it but Today they messed up on my coffee again and I went back through the drive thru to tell them and within 3 second they supposedly made me a new one witch I know for a fact they did not my coffee wasn't hot and my sister used to own a coffee stand! For the prices of their coffee you would think they would do the right thing instead, they just added milk to my coffee. It is ridiculous and very unprofessional and the lady at the window was RUDE!!! Btw I ordered a medium white chocolate mocha non fat sugar free extra hot no foam...
