I wanted to be happy with this service but they have some lessons in empathy and customer service to learn. First off I took my wedding ring in because my main setting fell out . It was gone I was devastated. I went in and spoke with an employee who helped me find a new stone shape size ect . This is where the warm and fuzzy stop. After picking my ring up less then 24 hours later the new setting fell out! Monday morning I was there at opening to drop it back off . While they did fix it out of the 3 employees I spoke to not one apologized . I was however told how this was a manufacturer defect. Basicly this was not their fault. I dnt care. I want someone to understand that not having my wedding ring is a big bummer ! I ended up having to call and check on the progress because I was not called when my item was ready. The reason for this was again an excuse of it not being thier fault as the system is "messed" up. Again I dnt care take ownership. Whatever it is what it is . I was first introduced to them when I found myself in need of some specific services, particularly a watch repair and also a battery replacement for another watch. As I have been there many times, I couldn't help but notice their really impressive selection of jewelry. They carry a fantastic range, everything from brand new pieces to some really beautiful and unique vintage items available on consignment. I'd actually been on the lookout for a cool Glock watch, and when I spotted one I liked, James the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He was willing to work with me to make sure I could get it.

I have been a customer for years. Have spent hundreds if not thousands at this store. My most recent purchase was custom and very very special. I waited 4 weeks with no update. Job was promised back in 10 days. I went in person only to find they had ruined my ring. They claimed setting was wrong even though I took proof of the setting. The owner encountered me and told me to fix the issue i would have to pay Over $80 more than original quote. He took zeroaccountability for the poor poor workmanship that they outsourced. He told me if he reset it for free he would not be in business. I dont think $80 and good customer service would break him. Now i have zero trust. Beware with your valuables!!! They are outsourcing work to amateurs. Fyi they took pictures when they took the job in. He conveniently failed to produce them. If i prevent a single Amarllo neighbor from getting shafted.
