Great place, great food, fun and friendly staff. I often stop here for breakfast after dropping my kids at school, it’s a busy time of day for them but for eat in there’s not usually a long wait. Most often I get a sausage burrito and coffee, sometimes I get the side of breaded mushrooms as an appetizer.

I love the HUD's hot chicken so much! I found a place called Mr Burger up in Goodwill Oklahoma that had this and was disappointed we didn't have one nearby until I found out about hud's and their hot chicken! I don't get to come here often enough but it is a must stop and be sure to try the hot chicken!

Came to Huds to have a warm meal after working in the cold all day, pay $13 for a double cheese burger and tots. The patties taste freezer burned, you get 12 tots for a $2 charge and they forget the bacon I ordered. Never going back. I'd give them -5 stars if I could.

My husband and I have been going to this location daily for several months now for breakfast. We always order the same thing. They recently made changes to the process of taking the order. So now instead of "breakfast burrito" and the ingredients below it, it says "BACON burrito and the remaining ingredients below that. Well, the bacon gets left off when it is rang up that way because the kitchen staff cannot/will not read the whole ticket. Yesterday I had the girl at the counter (Serina) ring it up the old fashioned way and got the burrito how it was ordered. Today when I asked her to re-ring it so the bacon would get put on, she very snobbily said they took that key away, we are not able to do it that way anymore, but I will make sure they put it on there. Guess what?! When we got the burrito it had no bacon! I took it back to Serina and showed her and told her this is what happens when it is not rang up right. She whipped that monitor around and said "see, they took off that button, we cannot ring it up that way. I said since yesterday? And she said yeah, look! The guy who is supposedly the manager started to come over, but turned back to the drive thru who had no customer. The kitchen did put some bacon on the burrito, but this happens WAY to often! This place is really going downhill and quickly!! The food is good when it's done right and Sandra is the best person working there now. She is always on the ball! Please get people who can read, understand, and speak English and your establishment will be a lot better! Some days we go in and can't hear the front tv/radio for all the Spanish music blaring from the kitchen! Thankfully there is another location on Coulter for us to go to, hopefully it will be better! UPDATE: since my last review, this location has vastly improved! Service has returned to the sweetness of the original standard and the kitchen staff are paying attention to the orders!...

they're starting to push tipping culture @ the drive-through... imagine starting to tip at a McDonald's or Wendy's... not only that but they make you hold the machine to select how much you want to tip which is just disguisting. the machine to tip was not properly cleaned so imagine literally everyone's nasty germs on that.

also, they used mashed tater tots and call them hashbrowns... when i specifically asked them "are those actually hashbrowns or are they tater tots?", they lied and said hashbrowns. so you get the greasy tater tot experience. their burritos would be so much better if they used either actual diced potato or hashbrowns and not the tater totfried garbage.

update to respond to owner:

nothing much to really say. just know what the difference is between a tater tot and hashbrowns / diced potatoes. honestly, if you guys would use either of those, it would be infinitely better. the tater tots just taste so greasy.

also, stop putting the tipping machine in people's faces. applying pressure to tip at a drive through to avoid compensating workers with appropriate wages reflects poorly on you as an owner. tipping is for sit-down service, not a drive through. pay staff better & improve quality. also, what you guys charge for extra salsa is ridiculous. isn't it like... 75 cents per little...

Terrible experience with customer service I ordered almost $50 worth of food and get home to find three of my chicken dinners were missing the salad and the ranch. I called that night but they said there was no manager and they had run out of salad. They gave me two manager names-Elaine or Stacy. I called today and spoke to one of them-not sure who because she hung up on me when I asked her name. She basically told me I got what I ordered so there was no problem and she couldn’t do anything about it. I asked for her manager. She said “Jeremy” but she said she didn’t know when he would ever be in. I called the other HUDS on Blvd and Coulter and Kathy took care of it with no problem. She had awesome customer service skills and she is an asset to her business. I hope Jeremy reads about this. I will never be back to the...
