We ordered two orders by app at about 9:30 for us to pick up at McDonalds on Amarillo Blvd. E. My daughter, two granddaughters, and myself at 9:40. Her husband and another grsnddaughter was ahead of us. There was a line that started at the front of the building. There are 2 lines of ordering thru the drive thru which the app told us to use. By the time we reached the speaker for the outside line my son-in-law was informed they closed at 10. He told the girl at the window that we had ordered on the app before 10 and thr money had come out of their account. The girl said just a minute. She got the manager and the order was "filled" that was the order for my daughter, her husband, and two daughters. My order was separate because I was going to my house. Will half of their order was left off because YOUR computer cut it off. My order had to be canceled because of YOUR computer. My daughter had to pay and the girl "discounted" the order of 10 piece chicken nuggets and a small fry. My daughter order was given extra sandwiches. Thank you. I got home and opened my order and I had 6 not 10 chicken nuggets and a child's small fry. Then an e-mail that my order was refunded. My complaint is that if you get an app order before the closing time then fill no matter if that person is picking it up or heaven for bid it was to be delivered because the delivery person got there late. Not only are you cutting your own business but that delivery person lost revenue. Plus as a customer I'm still hungry and tried. P.S. plus we asked for honey mustard sauce and received 2 sweet and sour and 2 spicy BBQ. Really corporate office you're hanging your...

Prior to ordering, I'd explicitly asked whether or not fish fellets are included in the Two for $6 special offer. The person taking orders said "YES". I paid at the pay window and picked up my order at the next. Driving forward, I looked into the bag and found only one fish sandwich. Because this McDonald's location is currently drive through only, to speak to an employee about the missing fish sandwich, drive-through traffic at the pickup window would be obstructed. A woman who would identify herself as a McDonald's manager, soon appeared within a building doorway holding my receipt in hand. She stated I'd need to pay the difference of what I'd already paid and the price of the second fish fellet. Odd, I thought, she hasn't or wouldn't acknowledge my Two for $6 order with a senior coffee, even after my highlighting this fact. She, the manager, was annoyingly insistent I pay more. I returned the entire, unopened order: I did not receive a purchase refund nor my receipt the manager was holding. Such people ought to be guided toward the Bible to learn God's ethics. Received call from McDonald's yesterday and received full compensation. Reviewer: Age 65,...
Read moreFirst, the east door was locked. I parked off Buchanan, so I had to walk clear around the building. I also think it's a violation of the fire code to lock that door while the store is open. That was only the beginning of this fiasco. The next problem is that the cashiers aren't taking orders. I figure I'm expected to use the kiosk, so I get started. Every single thing is on a whole separate screen. The touch screen is so insensitive that I have to click everything repeatedly, and then each screen took several seconds to load. Then, after a long and tedious few minutes, my order was finally complete... And the machine told me to take a table tent. I have no clue what that is. I looked around for anything to grab, but there was nothing around that wasn't nailed down. I painstakingly canceled my order at the kiosk and went to the register, only for the staff to confirm that, yes, I could ONLY order at the kiosk that, without any "table tents" (or even any clue what they were), I couldn't order at either. So I stormed out and barely held my temper enough to drive home. McDonald's, thou art fast food. Table service, you are not competent at. Quit trying. And ditch the stupid computerized order system, you can't even keep it...
