This was the worst delivery/systems experience I have ever had with any company. Last Wednesday night at 7:46 pm (Confirmation #3230920194624001313037185) I placed an order for a medium Supreme Pizza. The original response showed it would be delivered around 8:21 pm. GREAT! I received a text message from their system at 8:00 pm that said that my pizza was on the way. AWESOME! I was excited because (according to Google Maps) the store where I ordered from is 1 (yes, that is ONE) minute driving time from my house. At 8:14 pm I called the store because my pizza had not yet been delivered. At that time I was told that the driver had just left with my pizza, but had taken two deliveries at the same time. RED FLAG - Text messaging system alerts and actual "leaving the store" times are 14 minutes apart. Our pizza finally shows up at 8:27 pm, 6 minutes after the "originally designated" delivery time, 14 minutes after it left the store that is literally 1 minute from our house and 27 minutes after the "delivery alert" said it was on it's way. I guess it's OK that we don't mind cold pizza (because it was), but I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again (their predecessor at 27th & Grand was not any better - I have awful stories about them, too). Given the choice of picking up pizza from any other pizza joint vs. delivery from Pizza Hut, I will choose ANY OTHER PIZZA...
Read moreHave had several incidents with this particular store. One where they never delivered my ordered because they thought it was a pick up order. Once they realized it was supposed to be deliver the comp the order and refunded my $ which I didn’t ask to do so, I didn’t find out until the driver showed up to my door and told me. This night where it wasn’t letting me order online because they didn’t have the crusts I usually ordered and I tried literally 3 different ones so I called the store talked to the manager and she tells me all they have is thin crust. I place my order 30+ minutes I go and check on what time it will be here and I read an email stating unable to process my order yet I had the manager on the phone while I was doing my order. I call back and she pretty much tells me to take my business to Domino’s. I’ve been in management and I’m sorry no matter what anyone says you don’t send them to a competitor. And I wasn’t been rude. Did I get rude after her comment yes I did. Because that was very unprofessional for her to say this. Definitely won’t be ordering...

After 40 minutes of no show up, i called the store and i was told, delivery guy came there, meet someone dont know who, who said i dont have money to pay. So now my guy is back on the way to store. I said no one met me here, im still waiting. And how can your guy assume whom he is delivering to, he should have called me. Its a truck stop, 100 people come and go every few minutes. Only way to reach to me is by calling me. If driver didn’t call me atleast you from should have confirmed with me. At last i said its fine send your guy back, then she said they cant now.
