I pretty much go to Rosa's Cafe on the one on 45th every single week but I'm getting tired of them not cooking the food properly lately the Cook or the staff don't cook the food my food comes out cold and the cheese is not melted I called manager they give me a new food but every time now I talked to the manager over and over again all she says is I'm sorry I also get the tortillas hard and crunchy and the sad thing is they make the tortillas so the tortillas post to come out fresh. I told my friend about this she owns a food business in Lubbock. She told me it can't be every time. So she came up here in Amarillo 1 days ago she went inside I went through the drive-thru I ordered my usual when I got my food it was cold and not cooked she was still inside she told me coworkers was playing around and not doing there job even the managers was playing. She even told me the people behind her got their food messed up and it wasn't busy. When she got her food she went outside got into my car and we was talking she saw my food she went back in the restaurant and ask for a company number. She told me that she can't get a company number in a manager told her that she was sorry will give her another food my friend said no when my friend said no the manager got disrespectful and rude and told her that she doesn't get out she will call the cops for trespassing my friend had her phone on recorder when you can hear the whole conversation. So today my friend went up to the health inspector in Amarillo Texas and complained and showed the recording a pictures of the food. She told me they going look into it and she's not the only one who complained about the one on 45th. So heads up if you get any your food cold and not cooked and the restaurants messed up and nasty you can report the health inspector show some evidence and they will...

Delicious food, AMAZING Atmosphere inside. Good! selection of choices on their menu, from plates/platters with the beans and rice to a la carte items. We love so much from their menu that it's hard to choose favorites. I've always always liked their fajita taco with the guacamole in it. Their burritos are good, fresh!! hot tortillas with every plate ordered. Their chips and salsa and Wonderful chopped onion, pico de gaillo and salsas bar inside is such a NICE extra to eating inside. Plus their fresh unsweet or sweet tea at soda fountain counter is awesome. Delicious food whether you enjoy it inside their gorgeous authentic Mexican dining room, spacious btw!, or go through drive thru. They'll take care of you! Oh! I can't forget to tell you about their Awesome! Chocolate cake slices. Theyre usually cut 2"x 4 or 5" rectangle. A decent size, and OH SO GOOD. (There's pecan pieces in the frosting though, so hopefully you like a little bit of pecans in their homemade chocolate icing). Carrot cake too or sopapillas. Try them at least once! Dining inside, it's so refreshing...

The cashier totally messed up the order, didn't repeat it back we found out after waiting for our food several minutes, fine told the lady that was dishing the orders out it was wrong she said she couldn't help us we had to get back in line , fine after waiting again several minutes, we went to a different cashier, she apologized for it and needed management's help, first she asked the guy manager to help her and he snapped at her saying he was to busy to help , finally after waiting 5 more minutes I asked the female manager to help us, and she told me she was sorry she only had 2 arms as she left her 3rd arm at home. Fine, we finally got our correct order 20 minutes afterwards, I contacted corpand to this day not one person has contacted me about this, the food is good but the people here are rude n ungrateful, I'll spend my 70 dollars else where , obviously they have 0 regards for their customer base, and just ride off on...

I just think it's really rude and negligent to charge someone so much and give them so little. The drive thru employees were a bit too focused on cutting up with each other to notice that they gave us an incomplete order. We got two fajita plates -- the photo depicts the amount of meat they gave us, not enough to fill up the three tortillas that come with each plate. Speaking of tortillas, they shorted us one. They also neglected to give us the fixings that come with the plates -- guacamole, cheese, fresh veggies, salsa. If you're going to sell plates for $12-$14, they need to have the correct amount of food and right items. I paid $12 today for what was essentially a half-eaten plate.

I ordered the number 6 which has a little bit of everything but the enchilada have some kind of cheese is very chewy and hard I would have preferred meat or chicken was a little cold I also got a chalupa the beans have no flavor you lots of salad the rice was really good I also ordered the carrot cake which was good I've had better but it was good overall it was a number three experienced for me value wise it was okay my meal cost about 20 and I don't think I got my money's worth but that's my opinion it was really not busy very few people and it's Easter so other people are eating at home that's why I chose today to come and want to try it it's okay for a fast food restaurant

We have eaten at other Rosa’s Cafes across Texas but hadn’t done a review yet. If you’ve never been to one, you need to know they have freshly made tortillas and a salsa bar. Rosa’s Cafe is definitely one of our go-to’s if we see one and are needing a quick meal. Service is generally very fast. This time, I got a deluxe combo plate that had a taco, tostada, enchilada, and tamale with rice and beans. Mrs. Flip Out ordered the fiesta salad with fajita chicken, and it’s also a fairly easy menu to find several options if you have dietary preferences or restrictions. That being said, she probably wouldn’t get the fajita chicken on the salad again, as it was cold. My food was great!
