Subway — Restaurant in Amarillo

I usually enjoy my food but just now on 06/18/23 the customer service was fantastic. I work in service industry so it's so amazing when people go above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy. That person was Clay at the SW 45th location; he was absolutely amazing and very kind. His presence and passion for the job makes me appreciate his effort and makes me feel like I made the right decision to come to Subway today. People like Clay keep customers happy and I'm glad I had him make my food which was great and correct. I talked to him and personally thanked and appreciated him so that he knows he's appreciated....

Worst service ever. No one in this Subway is in any hurry to help you. There were 3 people in line when we arrived, and they had been waiting so long that they sat down! I didn't even realize they were waiting... When it was finally their turn, the guy moved even slower, for no apparent reason. At 4pm, 2 others showed up, but unfortunately, that didn't make it faster. The guy that was there before just left the line, like, "Oh well, my shifts done, I'm leaving." Won't be back to this store any time soon....

Absolutely disgusted by this location. The worker Absolutely refused to add any extra pickles to my sandwich. She said I'm only allowed to put 8 pickles and I won't add more. She said I have cameras on me and I'm not doing it. Over 14 dollars for 1 sandwich and you refuse to add extra pickles. Not even McDonald's is that stingy. What an absolute disgrace! I obviously will never return and I will strive to inform every person I meet to...
