Thai Palace — Restaurant in Amarillo

Just called in an order, I did not want noodles, I called so they could fix the order and get it right, and that older lady wanted to argue about the food they gave me instead of making it right. I offered that they keep the wrong order if they couldn't fix it and she still wanted to argue about it and ask for the cook......I know chicken from pork and I ordered pork, not chicken. No noodles please....she still argued about it, so Chinese palace or tiah palace. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN and I will warm everybody else who knows me not to either. Worst restaurant ever as far S service is concerned. More review from me to you. I went back to get my son the shrimp fried rice, NOT ME! I don't happen to like your nasty food, I should call the cops on you for confronting me on my last review and acting like your going to do something about it. All in the window talking about .....you left me a bad review, how is your stomach you said? ...

This used to be our go to place, in the last few months we've only ordered from there three times and every time the order has been wrong and the food just not good. We decided to give them another chance tonight, I ordered Mongolian Chicken...now Mongolian chicken is supposed to have jalapenos and zucchini in it according to their menu....get it home, it's about a cupful of a serving, NO jalapenos (these are important to me) and one chunk of zucchini. Needless to say, last chance for them. My husband went up there for them to correct the order and the OWNER argued with him stating it was correct, then slammed and counted out seven jalapeños onto the dish. My husband left disgusted. How dare you treat your customers and former loyal customers in such a way? He nicely asked for it to be fixed and the owner was extremely rude and argumentative. They've gone from great to bad,...

Sometimes you wonder what went wrong when you select a restaurant. Or you read the reviews and wonder if they are “invented.” Nevertheless we are lunch here and the Beef and Broccoli was runny and not even much of a portion. The meat was real skimp and overall colorless and flavorless. Tiny egg rolls. Chicken Red Curry wa mostly bamboo and some chicken in a toddler portion size. The sweet and sour chicken was a nice size serving but all the fried rice was clumpy and tasted just like chicken bouillon. Egg drop soup was standard. Was lunch so we didn’t request a refund but we definitely won’t try this place again. So many other good choices in town. They need to follow more standard recipes and cook...
