If I could leave a review with no stars, I would! Let me start with the arrogance from the manager, "Gus." I can tell you from years of being in and around customer service for nearly 30 years, I have never come across such unprofessional, arrogant, attitude from a MANAGER of any establishment!! We ordered our food and drinks and had it delivered. The manager called ahead of time and let me know that one of the flavors of sodas was not available, and mentioned that we "needed" to choose something else. So we did. When the delivery driver showed up, he informed us that the other flavor of drink we ordered was not available either. So now neither one of the flavors of soda were available. Then as we opened the container of wings that we ordered, they were dry. We ordered them with a sauce! So now two of the items I paid for were wrong! I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Jr, who then sent me back to "Gus." I advised Gus of my concerns and his response was nothing but ignorance! He gave me an ultimatum. Get a refund of the cokes (only) or a remake of the wings (only), but not both! I requested a refund. He then demanded that I give the food back!!! Now tell me WHY would I need to give you my food back for a refund of the drinks? When I then asked to speak to the other manager, he advised me that his position was higher than "Jr's." I then requested a number to their corporate office and he then gave me the name of some other individual. He stated that " this person was who I needed to speak to," all the while stating it with a demeaning tone. I requested the number to the corporate offices again, and he refused. I told him that I was going to call immediately to file a complaint, and he stated, "go ahead!" Now based on the reviews, it appears that the customer service at this location is far from decent! 08/10 So due to chemo my memory is horrible. And I don't necessarily have the time to harass companies about their product. Because of the disappointment of my previous order from the Pizza Hut on western, I have avoided all Pizza Huts. This last Sunday I was craving it. So I called and spoke with a Ceasar, his response was because of the time and the lack of management he wouldn't make even the slightest effort to remedy the worst pizza I had ever had. Let me add, I made the original complaint in a very timely manner. Mr Ceasar was so rude, I made sure to call customer service. Personally, I don't feel an expiration date should be placed on an order , when it was clearly the establishments fault. We'll, the most amazing customer support agent not only validated my feelings but she gave me the comfort that she truly cared. Real customer service has been replaced with obnoxious and lazy service in many places I felt. The young woman that went above and beyond to ensure I will continue business with Pizza Hut, restored my jaded attitude resulting from Ceasar on western. Read moreI am very disappointed with my food. I ordered a large pizza and wings.The food took an hour to arrive and at that was cold and you could tell the pizza was sitting there a while. Although the wings were cold as well they tasted fine is it fine after they were warmed up. Is. The pizza however tasted weird and wasn't fresh at all. I called to complain and see if I could get my money back, since it tasted horrible and no one is going to eat it. I only asked for my money back on the pizza because the wings were decent. The employee Darby said she would give me a $15 credit to order food again. I appreciate the offer but I advised her I prefer to get the credit back on my card. She argued with me that she cut the pizza herself and said it looked just fine. I told her that The fact that it even took an hour to get here and it being cold is bad enough. I definitely understand sometimes they could have busy times or not have enough drivers and the wait time is long you get an approximate time of delivery and I was willing to wait but I would have expected it to at least be warm!
