If I could, I'd give -10 stars. Worst experience at a Denny's ever. Multiple people who arrived after us were seated before us. When we were finally seated, multiple people who were seated after us had ordered and received their meals before we had placed our order. Our server kept apologizing for the wait, and then would take care of other tables. Taking their orders and bringing their meals. They kept promising to take care of us, and kept talking about how they don't like and don't want to lose customers, then continued to service other tables while leaving us without. Steve the manager is awesome! Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness! We had ordered online to the burger den and paid for it. We then headed to pick up the order and the location was closed. So we traveled to the nearest burger den at Dennys and they had no record of the order. But Steve came through and honored our order and served us anyway! We will be returning to this location anytime we come back through Amerillo! Thanks...
