This is a reflection of management. The young people that work here have not been properly trained and or do not understand the economics of food service and presenting a good product. I received a cheese Coney that I ordered that was old enough to vote and I had more chili in my floorboard from a month ago than was on the hot dog. I went to this particular Sonic under the directives of the Sonic on Grand because their ice cream machine wasn't working. Have the same problem at the Ross Sonic. And to top it off with the extra trip I got a cheese Coney footlong that my cat wouldn't even eat. They need to learn the seven P's..... practicing preventive planning prevents piss-poor performance. Should the franchise owner or manager read this happen to be an instructor and trainer. I'm a very loyal person and I love Sonic I will be back they will not get an earful from me they will be encouraged to do better they got to learn and they can't correct it if they don't know...
Read moreUpdate: I got sick after eating there so i definitely wont go back. The one on Grand is great though. I don't think it's really worth talking to the franchise owner or anything. It just upset me that the lady seemed annoyed that I was asking for eight piece instead of six, as a separate side so I could get the eight piece. Then didn't even give me eight pieces. It's fine though I just won't go back there. Miss counting whether intentionally or accidentally isn't that big of a deal. But getting stomach sickness after it is.
Please have your workers learn how to count. An 8-piece means eight piece. Not seven piece. If I choose to pay more to make sure my sides are 8 piece instead of 6 piece, it's because I wanted the extra. Read moreI ordered online pulled up order board welcomed me by name and I sat here for 37 minutes for 2 burgers,1 drink and 2 orders of cinnasnacks. When I arrived I was the only customer on the lot. Finally I asked about my order and when it arrived 6 minutes after I asked food was cold. Steak burger had so much mayo on it bread was soggy, and #1 burger ordered w ithout cheese nor pickles with mustard, but received the exact opposite. I asked to speak to mgr she sent cook instead. Had to send one burger back a SECOND time. I used to work for Sonic and this is unacceptable..Manager should deal with complaints herself instead of sending someone else.
