Owners Sid and Sheila , opened their business in 2003, arriving from Canada and making Pennsylvania their home. "The business was something of a coincidence--the best we encountered in life!" the couple says. "We're from different backgrounds in terms of business and Vocelli seemed the perfect opportunity for success. "Through Vocelli Pizza we have had the pleasure of meeting and working with, some of the nicest people in the United States." She says. Sheila, a proud Rotarian, and Sid, an active member in the Chamber of Commerce, have helped sponsor local community events, giving away gift certificates, food, and help when needed. "Back in 2010, we gave away over 75 free pizzas during our customer appreciation week to the local community." Sid said. It’s upsetting when the same store makes several mistakes in different occasions. Today we called and asked for a delivery order. A pizza and boneless wings. I gave the person on the phone our address and payed over the phone. The store is 5 minutes away but I cannot pick it up as I’m 7 months pregnant. An hour and a half has passed and we call and they say “you said you wanted a pick up” which is not true. Then they proceed to want to redo the entire order and charge our card AGAIN! After it had already been charged and now we have to wait for the bank to do a refund. This is not the first time they have messed up our food. About a month ago, more or less, we ordered pizza and several orders of wings and all the wings were missing. Food is okay, service...

Unbelievablely fast service Worst experience ever ordering a pizza the inept cashier who took the order aske for my card number three times and said the card was declined on three occasions before I was forced to call my bank to find out if my account was charged for the order, the order appears on my statement yet the supervisor insisted the transaction was canceled without providing and confirmation of the voided order. This except is from and email sent my by bank concerning fraudulent activity and funds were withdrawn for an order not delivered. Stay away if you don't want get ripped off by some high school drop out posing. lets just say he not to legit quit. Date: 03/14/2025
