Heritage Floral Shoppe & Flower Delivery — Local services in Ambridge

As an NC Native and still residing here, I had to send flowers to my Dear Friend and coworker in Beaver, PA. It can be hard to find good and natural florists these days, a lost art anywhere. This shoppe is exceptional in every way. From the website with REAL pictures (not some Teleflora horror and guessing game), awesome customer service that answered questions for me over the phone (not a call center, but a REAL human at the shoppe, which is so lovely and rare), to the timely delivery of an extraordinary arrangement. I had the most gorgeous white waterfall orchids sent to my friend, and they were even larger and better in "real-life" than on their site - which was already breathtakingly beautiful as-pictured. The card that I got to choose as an add-on was so well done and sophisticated with beauty, it sent a warm sentiment to my grieving friend. As someone who loves flowers very much, and loves to send them but finds it so hard these days, I am so thankful to this shoppe for brightening my friend's day and for being so kind, in every way. As you can see, the orchid is LARGE and GORGEOUS - the most beautiful orchids we've ever seen. THANK YOU Heritage Floral Shoppe - cannot recommend...

I have been ordering flowers with Heritage Floral for over 10 years for different occasions and have never been disappointed. The throwback service to the customer is incredible where your not just a number gives me hope that at least one business still cares about their customers and their experiences.

Now for the flowers. It is so refreshing that they take their time to create beautiful arrangements that are not the typical 1985 flower vase.

I thought all flower shops were like Heritage Floral and just came to expect this kind of service and work until I recently had to send 3 arrangements out of town. 1 to San Diego, 1 to Chicago and 1 to Bellevue WA.

Not only were all their prices much higher but the service was lacking is a polite way of saying it. Then the people who received the flowers texted me the pictures. I told the people who nice they were biting my tongue as I didn’t want to tell the people thanking me for the flowers how disappointed I was.

With Heritage I just tell them I want to spend $100 dollars and something beautiful is always sent with no worries. I am sorry that I just took you for granted and keep up the good work.

I have used Heritage Floral for years (including several funerals) and never had a problem until recently. I ordered funeral flowers last week and discussed wanting dark winter flowers (reds, purples, plums) with winter greens. The clerk asked if a little white was ok as lillies are nice this time of year. I said ok, a few would be fine. When the flowers arrived at the funeral home I was STUNNED. It was a WHITE ARRANGEMENT filled with WHITE LILLIES with 6 red roses and a few small other red flowers with winter greens. NOT WHAT I ORDERED...and certainly NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING! Not only was I disappointed but so was every other family member! When I compare what was delivered to what your website offers along with pricing comparison, I am even angrier! I could have created those vases of flowers from purchasing $50 of flowers from the Strip District so why was I charged $300??? For your talents??? Because it wasn't very talented at all! I will NEVER use this floral shop again ---- NEVER! It's a good thing you charged me in advance as I would NOT have paid the full price...
