Dunkin' — Restaurant in American Canyon

It's been hit or miss w this place , but lately the drinks i order taste kinda gross like earthy and dirty like they aren't cleaning the equipment enough and I feel slightly nauseous after. I only came here today bc I was eligible for a free cold brew and was also doing a Walmart run. I ended up ordering avocado toast for me and a chocolate donut for my daughter and my free drink was a caramel large cold brew with whipped cream,but it didn't taste like caramel at all it tasted like ice and dirt. I didn't feel like going back as I live in Vallejo , but only bc it was free. If it hadn't been free I would have asked them to remake it. Even the whipped cream tasted off . Also he wasn't there today, but there's a young guy manning the drive thru who I can barely hear and my hearing is fine. When you ask a question he'll give one word responses like "yes" or "no ," which comes across as kinda rude and you can barely hear him. He needs to speak up and speak clearly and enunciate his words. If you're working at the drive thru you need to speak clearly so customers can hear you, otherwise you shouldn't be at the drive thru. Since this place is kinda out of my way and the drinks taste like they're made with unclean equipment, I think I will stop coming here. I don't even want the drinks if they're free if they can't...

I do not usually like yelping chain restaurants & joints but I rarely make an exception, especially when the customer service is outstanding -especially like it is here at the Dunkin in American Canyon. Regardless of if you're doing through the drive thru or walking in, I can ensure you that you will definitely be happy you stopped by this location. Their employees from the drive thru to the walk-in area are attentive, friendly & caring. They make great suggestions. I remember ordering a bunch of donuts for work & coffee & they delivered them all to my car. They are such a good team here! Plus, they constantly rotate their flavors to include seasonal offerings. Need a place to study? This might just be your new hangout spot. I've seen a couple people here doing work on their laptop, reading a book or just hanging out with a friend. Plus, parking will not be a problem as this plaza has a ton of unused parking spaces. America...

I came in and nobody was at the register. Ok fine. I heard idle chit-chat in the back but I just figured they would come out soon. I waited around for maybe 2 minutes until someone else came in. Once this person came in, they were immediately greeted with a "Hello, welcome in, how may I help you". I understand, that maybe I wasn't heard when I came in, so I just placed my order (after the person who came in after me was finished and left). I then proceeded to tell the young person what happened in a very calm voice, verbatim: "I actually came in before that other person and have been waiting for someone to come out. It doesn't feel very good with the feeling of being ignored".

This is REAL the issue, he did not acknowledge what I said, no apology, not even an excuse. He just handed me my order and walked away. This was exceptionally immature and unprofessional, and yes, it kinda hurt too. I will...
