I went to the Captain D's with a male friend and he ordered a Southern Style White Fish Meal with Corn on the Cob and Green Beans with Country Ham, 1 extra piece Southern Style White Fish, a 20 Piece Butterfly Shrimp Meal with Fries and Green Beans with Country Ham and a Large Sweet Tea totaling $29.33 Order # 0264 Customer Service Rep named Jordon a petite short Black female and I ordered another meal a 4 Piece Battered Dipped Fish Meal with Corn on the Cob and Green Beans with Country Ham totaling $12.29 Order # 0274 by Customer Service Rep named Jordon and she the Black petite woman waited on two (2) Black women that had entered the restaurant after me when I had been in the restaurant for 15 minutes before they arrived and I came back for my last order of the 4 Piece Battered Dipped Fish Meal and the Customer Service Rep Jordon stated to me, "I did not have the cooks prepare your meal since you left the restaurant", so I had to wait additional time after already waiting 30 minutes for them to prepare my food at 7:51 pm and it was now 8:25 pm and she stated some disrespectful comments at me with a number of customers waiting on their food in the front counter register area of the restaurant and then when my food was ready she slammed it on the counter like it did not matter. I will not be returning to this no service no respect restaurant that does not understand hiring the best staff to deal with...
Read moreIf I could give this restaurant a 0 star, I sure would because it deserves it. Usually when I come to order food, i do not have problems from the employees. In attempt to order food for my mother and me, no one assisted me through the drive-through speakers. At first, i was thinking the speaker was not working, so I attempted to pull down to the main window. In attempt to order at the main window, I experienced mocking and bullying. After I became livid at the employee for shouting aggressively at me, I overheard her mocking, laughing bullying me. When I drove off, she has the audacity to fake be nice and tell me, "have a nice day, see you later." I need the corporate number to report this employee if anyone knows her name so I can give it because I do not deserve that type of disrespect. That said, no other customers deserve to be disrespected through mocking...
Read moreFood and atmosphere were fine except for the App Service. I have called corporate numerous times to see about my points coming to my dashboard and getting rewards for my purchases. Apparently they do not care about certain customers for whatever reason. I have called and spoken with a very sweet lady and she says she passes the message along so someone can call me and get the App Rewards issue resolved but it looks like that is a no-go. If they see this review it may be Christmas of 2025 when they put me on the calendar to call me back. Anywho..... that is my ranting for...
