Go through the drive-thru and and they hand me a bag and I ask, "is that everything". The employee assures me that it is. I check - not everything we ordered is there big surprise. Drive around to the drive-thru order microphone again and tell them that I'm missing all of the french fries for an order for four people. " I am going to have to ask you to come into the restaurant to speak with the manager" - ok, not sure why I really need to do that, and one of the reasons I went through the drive-thru was so that it didn't have to go into the restaurant because I was in a hurry but okay. Go into the restaurant and stand there for 5 minutes, I see them asking each other where the manager is and one of them saying they don't know she was here just a minute ago. I ask, " does it really require a manager to stick three orders of french fries in a bag that are missing from my order?" The employee who I spoke with at the window in the first place who told me that everything was in the bags then asks me, "Did you order fries?" "No of course I didn't - that's why I'm in here at your request asking you to put french fries in a bag." Then I hold out the receipt for him to look at... "I don't see them on here" he says, to which I responded by taking my finger and pointing at them on the receipt and spelling the word "F-R-I-E-S" - I really don't want to be rude and condescending but at this point I don't know what else to be. Then I asked if I could please just get my fries and go I've got 3 hours to drive and kids in the car and I really just want to get going. Truly a mind-boggling experience, and then to top it off all the food was terrible - except for the fries of course...

I ORDERED THEIR NEW CRISPY CHIX SANDWICH AS A MEAL AND A LARGE DIET COKE. ALL THUS WAS REPEATED CORRECTLY AND I THE SCREEN CORRECTLY I WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO GET SALT AND KETCHUP IN THE BAG. WE STOPPED AT THE 1ST WINDOW, THE EMPLOYEE REPEATED MY ORDER CORRECTLY AND TOOK THE FREE MEAL COUPON. 2ND WINDOW FOOD BAG HANDED TO MY SPOUSE THEN CAME THE DRINK... MEDIUM SIZE. I SPOKE ACROSS MY HUSBAND AND ADVISED THE YOUNG LADY, "IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A LARGE DIET COKE" SHE SAID OK, THIS IS WHEN SHE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE BAG BUT WE DROVE OFF THE PREMISES. I TOOK A DRINK OF THE MEDIUM SIZE SODA...DR.PEPPER!! NOT DIET COKE. TOOK A DRINK OF THE LARGE SODA...LIKEWISE DR PEPPER...LOOKED IN THE BAG...NOT CRISPY CHIX SANDWICH...MCNUGGETS!!! 3 STRIKES YOU ARE SO OUT!! WE WERE STILL CLOSE ENOUGH WE ONLY HAD TO TURN RIGHT AND WERE BACK ON THE PROPERTY IN THEIR PARKING LOT. THE LINE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH WAS SO LONG I WENT INSIDE AND THEY GAVE ME A NEW SODA, A SANDWICH AND SAID THEY WERE SORRY.....WHERE DO THEY FIND THESE EMPLOYEES. I'LL NOT BE RETURNING...
Read moreI ordered on the app, sent my husband a screenshot of the order number and receipt, I had him stop to pick it up on his way home from work. Manager tonight (7/14 at 6:30 pm) accused my husband of trying to steal and get free food. When I called to let them know it was my order that he was there for, I could hear the manager yelling in the background that “a screenshot is not good enough.” At this point my husband had already walked out, I asked for a refund. Manager said it has to be requested in the app since I ordered in the app. When I went to look for how to do that, it says to contact restaurant at which you made purchase from to get a refund, I called back and was then told “We don’t issue refunds here. You can try to contact corporate and see if they can get you a refund.” Honestly, this McDonalds used to be great but, lately it has really gone done hill with the very bad customer service attitudes and food quality. Edited to add: I just checked my app and it says someone picked up my food!!! Wasn’t me or my husband!! edit 7/17: Talked with store manager Sidney this morning, very sweet girl. She refunded me my order and gave me a free meal. She is a GREAT example of how customer service should work, I appreciate it...
