First time at this location and rudest restaurant employees I have ever encountered at any establishment. Attitude started while they were still making my sandwich. They refused to print me out a receipt after what I was concerned was a botched transaction (two orders but charged three times and misapplied coupons). I kid you not, direct quote from the employee: "There's nothing I can do, I can't change anything. I can't print out a receipt. Please step aside so I can help the next customer." I think at this point my mouth dropped open I was so appalled. Recognizing I was now being refused service, I left and my husband called the manager when I got home. Prime example here of why the minimum wage does not need to be increased- this mentality that exists "I don't know what needs to be done so I'll focus on getting rid of the problem" (the customer). Read moreUsed to go here ALL the time. It used to be so good — recently went down hill. New employees don’t speak English, and if they do, it’s the bare minimum.
Today, I ordered online. It said it was ready for pick up so I went inside to get it, but the employee said he didn’t have an order. Could have been an electronic mistake, was willing to work with him since I had already paid for it.
So I tried to talk to him, but he said it wasn’t this location, mind you I was literally showing him my phone. But it’s impossible to talk to someone who doesn’t speak English, so he walked away.
Paid for my food but never got it — couldn’t even get a refund.
They’ve been over heating my bread recently too, I asked them to not cook it as long for the last two times, didn’t do that. So I switched to not heating at all.
Also, the most recent 5-star review here was from this employee. Subway should either close this location down or replace management to restore to its former glory.

Read moreI went in with friend with coupon to order and the gentleman was doing both our orders ,and so he stared to finnish mine and the female coworker takes over to ask what I wanted to put on it, I say , we get down to the sauces and she automatically pick up the hot sauce puts it on my tuna Footlong and she does this 1st before finishing the ingredients. I said to her I didn't ask for hot sauce, so he remade my sandwitch and I didn't know he did ,I can't tolerate hot sauce due to health reasons,I asked for honey Mustard she poured it on my foot long , wrapped it ,but put in bag and just threw at me. I thought how rude if was not for customers. You wouldn't get paid. I will never go back in that store ever again , you do not treat clients the way you do. Unhappy customer Ames...
