McDonald's — Restaurant in Amite City

I would give it no stars if I could. Didn't have any issues with staff, but the restaurant was NASTY. If I had realized it before we got our food I would have left without it. Drink machine and lid containers were disgusting I'm not sure what all was on them but it wasn't good. Food was poor, French fries soggy almost as if they had been re dipped instead of thrown out when their allowed time expired. There was some trash and left over food on the counters where you sit (understaable that staff can be busy an not able to clean up directly after customers at times) Then we get to the restroom.... it appears to have been remodeled recently but never once cleaned since having been remodeled. Sink and mirror was filthy, toilet seat had what appeared to possibly be cigarette burns in it. Then the toilet..... I'm not even going to describe it on here, but I couldn't believe how bad it was, especially being in a business open to the public. Worst part was they had a spray bottle of cleaner sitting mid way back on the toilet, I guess so you could clean it yourself if you really needed to use the facility.

Hopefully these issues will be resolved, I have never left a review like this but people need to...

RUDE STAFF!! I went in and ordered 2 medium coffees with 3 creamers on the inside, I realized I had enough for 1 lg and 1 medium instead so I asked the lady to change it. She got mad because she was new and didnt know how. So she called for help and another lady took the medium off and added a lg. She brought me the coffees with creamers on the side and I told her I asked for them to be inside so she got mad and told the other lady that I keep asking for stuff. She took her time just to make me wait instead of just getting me the creamers. A guy came in and she never acknowledged him or told him she would be right with him so he stood there waiting on help while she took her time on me. Then another lady came in and the older guy asked her can she help him and she told him that shes not on the clock. Then he asked who work on the register bc he hadnt been helped but the whole time the new lady heard him but she was too busy making me wait which means he had to wait because he came in after me. She had an attitude the full time. This was a horrible experience and bad...

I know if they had —100 I would grade them that way!! This McDonald’s is really filled with women who hate there jobs!!! They sincerely do not care about what you want and never have they gotten the orders right!!! My friend and I went last night it says they close at 1 am but it was 10pm and for my friend to be ignored and they refused to come to the window was very unacceptable and I was in awe!!! I stopped eating fast food because I am not eating nothing from people who had my food where I couldn’t see it and I have a car full of people fussing about how rude they are!! NO THANK YOU TO MY FRIENDS YALL ENJOY YOUR SPIT BURGERS!!! I’m not sure why it’s ok for people to just talk to you any kind of way, I do remember when the customer was always right, it’s really a shame that nowadays we can’t be decent enough to spread kindness instead of hate!!
