We will never come back because this employees are incompetent at their job. First of all they took like 4-5 minutes to take my order, they didnāt show up until I hooked. Then i went to the window to pay, they grabbed my money and they closed the window right on my face after giving me my change without an explanation. After that we waited for 15-20 minutes for 4 coffees that never came. When they never gave my order after almost half an hour I decided to go inside to see what was happening. I ask for my coffee and they said they were busy cleaning the machines (thing that they never said before closing the window in my face at the drive trough) that I had to be more patient, so i decided to take a refound and they said that it would take another 15 minutes because no manager was in the store but there was a girl named Emely saying that she was a manager that if I had no patience to wait, please leave her store ( if she was the manager then why not help your employees and just be on the phone talking crap about the costumers). At the end I decided to leave WITHOUT MY MONEY because āthe managerā was not helping at all and just saying āPlease leave my storeā. I had no more patience and left the place. NEVER COMING BACK...

Today, however, after I had ordered drinks for me and my wife, and had previously seated her at one of those tables, an employee (who identified himself as a supervisor) informed me that the dining area is not open. When I asked him when did this change, his reply was that it had not ever been open. I briefly recounted my previous 4 visits as a dine-in customer. I pointed out that there was no signage stating their dining area was closed, as I had made it a point to check on this during previous visits. He replied that there should be a sign on the door, but there wasn't. I would really enjoy conversation with the manager for this site, because I do not believe that the supervisor was dialed in to what the staff and crew were permitting for...

It has been taking abnormally longer to get my order and then when I do actually get it the order is screwed up! The first time they didn't have plain or everything bagels?!? I literally got my coffee and ended up driving to another dunkin down the road. Another time I ordered a Carmel coffee and there was no Carmel. Then this morning I ordered a macchiato that was 99% cream and 1% espresso. Just disgusting. I refuse to go to this location any longer you guys really need to get...
