recently visited Carl's Jr. for a quick lunch, excited to make use of my 30-minute break. Upon entering, I saw a sign advertising a special offer: download the app, join the rewards program, and receive a free hamburger. Intrigued, I quickly downloaded the app, scanned it, and presented it to the staff, eager to redeem my reward. That's where things took a turn. The first employee, who had limited English skills, needed to call over another staff member for assistance. I was informed that although I had joined the rewards program, I would need to make a purchase for at least a dollar to access the offer. However, the staff member then explained that I would have to make multiple purchases over time to earn enough points before I could redeem any rewards, which was not indicated on the sign. The second employee confirmed that while I had registered for the app, they couldn't locate the code to redeem my free hamburger. For about 22 minutes, they had my phone in hand, but we got nowhere. Frustrated and still hungry, I eventually left empty-handed. To top it off, I was given a number to call for further assistance, but I haven't received any responses. I genuinely like Carl's Jr., but this experience was a waste of my time. I walked out hungry and disappointed. I hope they can clarify their promotions and improve customer service in the future I was very aware that I would have to purchase something valued at a dollar or more which I walked in there to buy anyways.. but after being told I needed to accumulate points before I can retrieve my burger what's ridiculous.. and then the other employee not knowing where to find the code on the app 😮 the language barrier didn't help either.. they still have good hamburgers I just wasn't able to get one paid or otherwise

Carl was wandering in the parking lot. Carl is now homeless. I gave him a cheeseburger. And he told me story after story. Of how he started out selling hot dogs to WWII veterans. Of how he built a fast food empire and put a creepy son through seminary. Of how his Board of Directors took everything from him and used Paris Hilton washing cars to sell his beloved burgers. Now Carl wanders the streets weeping, drinking Night Train, and occasionally getting a burger from kind folks who like to hear history.

Ordered a super star and famous star. Lettuce was wilted and old on both burgers. Tomatoes were very soggy. I don't know why anyone would serve this. The lettuce and tomatoes belong in the trash, not a burger. Disappointment isn't a good enough word to describe these poor burgers. Photo included shows the lettuce/tomatoes from super star only.

Well three weeks ago I was discriminated by the female manager at 7:A.M. in the morning refused service and threatened with having the cops called on me! She had no customer service skills at all and was a web to boot who would not talk to me in Spanish! All she kept saying is don't tell at me!! Strange thing though she came out of another room somewear in the back? Now what I did not understand is that how could i be telling at someone who was not in the same room that I was trying ft. O get som and ones attention so I could get the code to to the bath room? Which I was in a dryer need like now before I had an accident it was rather a serious situation for me to get a response which she...

7/14/22 ALLERG TO ONIONS, ASKED FOR NO SALSA ON MY BURRITO BUT OF COURSE THERE WAS SALSA IN IT. SO SIMPLE, MAYBE IF THE EMPLOYEES SPOKE AND UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH! This place has gone down hill. Even though I live really close by, about 99% of the time i will choose to walk alot further to eat somewhere else than this Carl's jr. There are no words to describe how curt and rude the staff is. If you hate your job than quit, we the customers should not have to put up with your daily changing attitude! Over all bad experience here once...
