Avoid coming here. They are very unprofessional & have horrible customer service. I placed an order and asked for my order to be FRESH. Once I arrived home, I realized they gave me BURNT chicken. I called & they did not answer ( understandable they were closed ) .. the next morning I called and spoke to a female in charge. She stated if I had the receipt I could come in & she’d gladly remake my order.. I arrived with my RECIPE & she contradicted herself and gave me a hard time. She said she was unable to do anything because it was a family meal .. keep in mind on the phone call she stated she’d remake my order. She gave me a hard time: I waited at the location for an hour an 30 minutes to get a resolution as they stated they couldn’t do anything. I had to FIGHT for justice .. she stated the BOSS would contact me .. & he never did. He then showed up to the location an hour and 10 minutes later to then give me a hard time as well. Accusing me of wanting to get free food when I clearly had proof ( images of the burnt chicken ) & proof that I had called the day before. He was rude and hard to work with ( the owner + employee ) .. an hour and 30 minutes after giving us a hard time having us wait he takes the recipe away & remakes the order.. now I’m here because the chicken was burnt the first time so I’d expect for them to make it right the second time around considering they gave me a hard time .. but nope. Same thing. Burnt chicken again. Never coming here again and I’m sure taking my business elsewhere. Keep in mind I was a loyal customer to them. My family and I come once a week, but good bye to this family owned business. Clearly the clients don’t...

Although chicken was good. Customer service was horrible. We had a very bad experience and will Not return no matter how good the chickens is. *I am waiting to speak to the manager or owner. Tried to pu an order for my daughter it was paid for all We needed was To pick it up. Wasn’t around picking up cake sandwiches no problem. Get to this place and the attendee refuses to give her sister The order. Because she was not the person that ordered and my daughter had a different last name. My daughter kindly explained that her sister was at home preparing for the party and guest. The woman and the counter said She didn’t care the person that ordered has to pick It up. My daughter was about to blow her top off. Beaver heads of such a thing in my life’s n so as has to return my daughter has to leave her guest and pick it up herself. Who ever was Behind that counters needs worked to find another job that would Accept her behavior or better training on customer service and How purchases work. The food is ok but is not acceptable is the bad service. Cynthia shouldn't be working there because she has really bad customer service. To begin Yolanda took my order wrong. I specifically said a 10 piece mix meal. She ordered an 8 piece. She just misunderstood my order. I waited for 20 minutes or longer. And because my order was wrong Cynthia said that she had to redo my order. As it is I had waited for so long and because she had to redo my order I had to wait for another 20 minutes. All they needed to do is add 2 more piece of chicken and the bigger size of the sides. She very rude said that I had to wait because of redoing the order. The other customers that came after me were being service. I understand when is busy but Cynthia didn't even apologized for the error. I asked for more salsa as a courtesy and she said that if I want more I need to buy. They only give 3 small of red and green per order. If you want the customers to keep coming the owner needs to hire people with good customer service skills and not rude people.
