1st time here, We chose this establishment from the reviews we were not disappointed we ordered the "rib" special & taquitos both meals were really good. Portion size was good & flavorful, meat & beans all fresh & beans tasted "old school" i.e lard, not the healthiest but o so tasty & refried beans are a pretty good "tell" in a Mexican restaurant, everything really flavorful i.e spiced & food just looked appetizing not greasy or pre made taste. Price was fair/good not expensive for what you get. The cashier & everyone we spoke with were very accommodating, friendly, patient & sociable with us, speaking spanish or english (like us) making for easy communication as for parking this is a little tough if ADA is needed i.e not many spaces & just parking in general is tight, there is a parking lot a short distance away in the same area/lot to park with plenty of parking, just parking in front is tough cause of the car wash being rt in front of them. Still worth going FYI If we are back in the area this is a definite goto place for Mexican food aside from parking. Now as for atmosphere it is really pleasant, clean, cool (temp) there are tables with pull out chairs a TV but not on while we were there they had a constant flow of customers ( good sign) & roomy for ADA accessibility including bathroom. It's tough to see from Ball Rd due to the carwash in front & FYI there's a good variety of other foods in this center IF Mexican food isn't what your in the mood for. I do recommend Iguana's over the restaurant across the street for a more genuine,...

I recently visited Iguana's Mexican Food in Anaheim, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.
I ordered the Machaca con Huevos, which came with perfectly seasoned shredded beef, fluffy eggs, flavorful beans, rice, and freshly made corn tortillas. The green salsa added just the right amount of kick without overpowering the dish. It's evident that they take pride in their homemade tortillas—they were soft, warm, and complemented the meal beautifully.
Their daily specials are a fantastic deal. I visited on Taco Tuesday, Fish Taco Friday, and Burrito Thursday. The portions were generous, and the flavors were authentic and satisfying.
The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, with a casual vibe that's perfect for any meal of the day. Whether you're a local or just visiting Anaheim, I highly recommend stopping by Iguana's Mexican Food for a true...
Read moreIguana's was our 3rd stop to try to find a bathroom for my 7 year old daughter to use... We stopped by a gas station it had a 25 cent use fee and the toilet was broke so we tried the next gas station that was by Iguana's the 711. and they told me they didn't have a bathroom. I told the attendant what I am I supposed to do let her pee out in the parking lot? 3rd try I walked into Iguana's out of desperation and offered to pay if they would just let her use the bathroom. We where on our way to disneyland and didn't need food or I would have bought something from them. The people where so friendly and the food looked amazing, which I am sure it was! Next time we are in Anaheim, we will be stopping by this place. Thank you so much for your compassion! It's sad that the homeless population in the community has ruined it...
