Maui rose is a franchised owned restaurant run by a Korean family. I come here if I'm looking for chicken teriyaki and some side sushi. The sushi isn't amazing but you can still enjoy it. Portion is just right also. I would suggest ordering a bento as it comes with an assortment of food. I do think they should rework their tempura sauce as it's relatively bland. Got a fair amount of food for what I paid for but it was pretty plain. I got a beef teriyaki plate which was a lettuce salad with dressing, a bunch of beef teriyaki over a small handful of cabbage, and rice.
