We've been ordering from this particular location for years and never had an issue until recently I ordered a pizza box that comes with 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks, and pasta for a total of $25.10 for delivery.
The pizza gets here 40 minutes later and I couldn't believe it myself as this was the first time this happened but they actually forgot to put one of the two pizzas in the box!
I told the delivery guy about it and his response was just, "Are you serious?" like that would be something to joke about when you have a house full of hungry people.
That wasn't the worst part. I called the Pizza Hut and told them about the issue and the manager Julie said she would send the forgotten pizza and give me a $10 discount to use on a future order.
We're sitting there eating the pizza and waiting on the second pizza and 40 minutes pass by with no pizza. I call again to see where and when is this other pizza going to arrive and Julie, the manager tells me she thought I wanted a refund instead of the pizza.
In other words she misunderstood herself and the pizza was never on it's way to begin with. I was annoyed at that point and told her I want my pizza and a refund because this was totally unacceptable. I thought she being the manager would be able to fix something so simple. She tells me that a pizza is on it's way and that she will give me a $15 discount on a future order. I tell her I would like a refund because the customer service was so lousy and I don't need a discount on a future order because I wouldn't be ordering there again till they clean up there act. She says the pizza is on it's way and I will get my $15 refund.
A half hour later the delivery guy comes with the pizza and 2 receipts. One is a $8 refund and the other is a $15 discount that I clearly said I would not need. Again I had to call her and straighten out the issue. I couldn't believe how terrible and inadequate this manager was that she couldn't do what she said she was going to do and I told her to refund my money. She finally sent the driver back with my $15.
I would give this location zero stars but they get 2 stars because they've done well all these years up until recently which I think has a lot to do with this particular...
Read moreDoesn't even deserve any stars. My family and I have been going to this Pizza Hut for years. The pizza is great but the service is terrible. Just tonight, we called in and ordered a deal that was advertised on their website($6.99 for each pizza, two pizzas, any toppings). My sister talked to the girl working. The girl's name was Megan and our Ticket #0221. The date is 4/30/16 and Megan entered in our order at 8:42PM. My sister and I felt bad for her at first because she was yawning, and I know how it must feel to be working so late, especially after a long day. Though she told us that it was now $7.99 per pizza, we were okay with that. We ordered one Medium Supreme Hand-tossed crust pizza and another Medium Hand-tossed crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. Should have checked the boxes before we got home. On the receipt and in the box, there was one Supreme pizza plus pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. On the receipt, that pizza apparently cost $17.74. For the second pizza, on the receipt and in the box, there was a cheese pizza, which had apparently cost $10.99. On the receipt, it says that Megan entered in a coupon that took off $12.75, so the subtotal was $15.98, which is the correct subtotal, according to my calculator, but the fact that she entered the order in so strangely and, most of all, got it wrong, is why this Pizza Hut, the one that we've enjoyed for so long, is getting such a bad review...and will not receive our money anymore. Furthermore, there has been another time in which they got our order wrong. We called in and the Pizza Hut management and employees had no response or solution to help us. Ridiculous. To Pizza Hut management: Please train your workers to stay alert and friendly throughout their shifts, or else, hire...
Read moreI had the most horrible experience at this location. I had pizza delivered due to me having small children and as the night was approaching, I didn't want to travel across town with my children. My youngest daughter had spotted a piece of hair on her pizza, I thought maybe I placed there accidentally while making her plate. But when I went back to look at the rest of pizza there was multiple hair all over the pizza. So I immediately called the location and spoke to a manger, and they agreed to replace the pizza, but my children and I had already lost their appetite and no longer trusted any food from this establishment. So due to this location not following food industry protocol. I had to pay the cost, so I had to drive across town with my children and return the pizza to even get refunded. That's not all the worst part, was when MANGER made me wait in a long line of people with the big dinner box to even get refunded. I already order a hour ago but still I wasn't accommodated and I was the victim in this case. So hey guess I had pay the cost for staff not following protocol. I have had bad service before but this one tops it for me. I couldn't believe a MANAGER would treat a customer like me and experience like this. I hope someone in a higher position can give feed back to your leadership team on how to de-escalate issues not pour gas on a burning fire. Hey maybe Pizza Huts corporate office should arrange to visit your stores to make sure protocol is followed. Never should a customer find hair in their pizza. I came on vacation to have a good experience and this experience really put a damper on...
