Hello! This is my honest opinion for those who love real shawarma and for the people in charge if interested to change some things. We found this place on Google and decided to try it. Placed an order on doordash. Unfortunately the food was very poorly packaged, fries in super thin paper instead of box or thick paper bag, smashed by the meat wraps box, placed in a thin plastic bag instead of at least double bag or paper bag to protect the food. The seasoning on fries was not the best. We preferred just regular fries with salt as usual but there was not an option to choose. Fries arrived soggy and not so delicious, maybe due to poor packaging. Honestly, the wraps had some sort of beef and chicken but had nothing to do with shawarma. I don't think it was cooked in the way shawarma should be cooked (the rotating shawarma machine). The beef was awful 😫 they probably grilled it quickly upon order, which shouldn't happen. It was chunky, not thinly sliced like real shawarma, and chewy. Chicken did not taste like chicken shawarma. They used so many spices that made it taste weird! Chicken shawarma should not have that many spices. What should make it unique is the process of slow cooking on the rotating shawarma grill not the so many unnecessary spices. Also chunky, not cooked for many hours like it should be. That was my...
Read moreHands down the best shawarma I’ve had outside of Jordan. I truly think this shawerma can compete with the top places in Jordan. The quality of the meat is amazing. The chicken is super tender and juicy, the garlic sauce is the perfect amount of garlic, and the bread is exactly like the one you’d find back home. The beef shawerma was super tender and juicy, and not fatty at all unlike other places that add loads of fat on the meat to tenderize it. The tahini sauce is incredible, it doesn’t too much tahini but it’s not watered down at the same time. You can tell they use high quality ingredients, and they don’t compromise on anything. The spices are high quality, you can taste the combination of flavors and spices. The vegetables are fresh, not soggy, and the pickles are crunchy and delicious.
The real star, however, is the Tandoori wrap / meal. This is by far my favorite thing on the menu here. The tandoori wrap is a top 5 of all time for me. I’ve been to so many different shawarma places from all over the world, and in the Middle East, and this wrap is by far one of the best I’ve ever had.
Overall, I highly recommend this place. They make great shawermas, and they’re by far better than any other shawerma you can get in OC / LA / SOCAL and the US!

Edit 7/17/24 update: Be warned - the initial review was a bait-and-switch. It was my first time coming here. I came when it was slow and I guess he got desperate for business and offered to comp my next meal in exchange for a review. I wanted to support the food truck because he seemed like a hardworker, considering online sources state business hours are until 3am. Free food is also nice. Long story short, when I came back to see if he'll make good on his offer, he stated he ran out of absolutely everything, only when I showed him the voucher. I would have also been willing to pay for food but he said sold out of everything well before closing time. I don't know that I believe that. Whatever the case, the outcome was he did not honor the voucher. And I drove 20 minutes to not be able to get a late night dinner. Take my experience with a...
