I never write reviews on anything but I need to speak out about my experience at this college. I was interested in the Medical Billing program and my admissions rep was wonderful. The problem was, I told her that I couldn't start the program right away because I would need to change my schedule at work. She convinced me to register because she said "We will work with your schedule on the first week while you figure things out". I was promised I could attend the morning sessions for the first week, then transition to night classes as soon as I got my schedule worked out. However, when it came to that first week, I was told to contact my instructor in order to figure something out. I emailed my instructor, no answer. I talked to the director of education Darren and he said there was nothing he could do for me because "the morning sessions are learning something completely different." This makes no sense to me as the Medical Billing course just started so I don't understand why they would be ahead if it was the first week. Because of this, I had to miss the next 2 classes because I was promised accommodation and was completely denied it, despite being promised that they would work something out for me. I ended up trying to cancel my registration because that was completely unprofessional. I was sent to Darren again. He completely denied my request to cancel and accused me of "letting my job run my life". Keep in mind I registered because I was promised that they would work with me for the first week and they failed to accommodate me. I care about my education, but I also have bills to pay, and he was not understanding at all. This school will do anything in order to get you to register. This includes spamming you with calls until they finally get you to come in and talk to an admissions representative. Do not enroll here because all they care about is getting another student to drop 19k on this sad excuse of a school. I only attended one class and the instructor couldn't even read properly and kept stumbling on their words, which made me question the credentials of their instructors. They also force you to take out a loan and file for one without even talking to you about other options for payment. And to top it all off they keep charging me $284 each month despite me canceling my registration. I tried contacting them for 3 days and on the third day they had completely blocked my number, as my calls to them no longer go through. This school ruined my work schedule, caused me so much stress, and is overall the most unprofessional place I have ever tried attending. Do not register unless you want to get your money stolen over education that is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWARNING FOR UPCOMING NEW STUDENTS! PLEASE DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS FACILITY! From the beginning of my start date to the very end of me fighting to receive my diploma this school has been nothing but unprofessional. I attended August of 2021 in the Medical Assistant Program. I had up to 5 different instructors while attending the program because the teachers themselves werenāt provided with the support they needed. I had to find my own externship location & was provided no help from career services at all. MANNY who I believe got fired told me that the medical field ādoesnāt accept my kindā & that it would be harder for me to find an externship simply because Iām a male in a female dominated industry. I was stolen the education I paid for and I wouldnāt recommend a friend, a family member or even an enemy to attend this school. When I asked for help or an explanation for there errors I wasnāt given a direct response but instead the blame was being placed on us, the students. The only time I received help was when I needed to fill out FASFA documents or when a monthly payment was due. I FINALLY GRADUATED IN JULY 2022, the graduation day was a mess! No prior practice date was given and no diplomas weāre handed that day. The students & I walked simply to benefit the schools image. I had to fight to receive my diploma a month & a half later. DONāT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH & Find a better college that can actually help you. I do however want to thank TINA. TINA WAS THE ONLY STAFF MEMBER WHO PROVIDED SUPPORT & COMFORT. I WISH HER NOTHING BUT THE BEST & A BETTER CAREER...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible experience and biggest scam I've ever experienced with this so called college. In early 2022 I was contacted by someone from the college asking if I was interested in enrolling in a course here, they claimed to have found me on indeed as I had applied to many places in the area and my resume was public, after asking me some questions they arranged an appointment for me the same day, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. When I got there I met with a representative, he gave me a tour of the campus and told me about the process, I told him I was interested in enrolling and thats when he started asking me how committed I would be and wouldn't stop stressing that I had to make my payments on time every time. Thats when things started feeling odd. After that they had me fill out the application and afterwards came the financial aid one. I filled it out with assistance from a staff member there, after that was completed I was told I would get a call soon from a staff member with another appoint to show back up. the next day I received a call from someone claiming to be from the financial aid department and and that I needed to give them my personal info to be able to process my aid. It all sounded legit due to the fact that I had just applied the day before. a few days later unsuspecting of anything I took a look at my bank account as I do often and noticed a huge negative impact on my credit, someone had used $44,000 of credit under my name which dropped my credit score by over 150 points. Never again will I fall for another scheme from a...
